Abstract

The conveyor comprises two series of sections fixed to two independent chassis (2,3) activated by two pairs of cams (5,6). The cams are fixed on shafts (7) positioned at the ends of the chassis by use of bedplate bearings (8). A reduction motor (14) drives the cams via a chain (12). Rotation of the cams which causes alternate vertical movement of the sections enables the longitudinal displacement of the solid objects which slide against the upper wall of chutes (1). Runners (4) fixed to the chassis and a stop (13) allow positioning of the chassis relative to the cams.
