Abstract

The kebabs are held in two half cylinders (2) and these are held together by a clip (1). It is opened or closed by the pressure of the hand. At one end the half cylinders are closed by two half moon shaped plates (3) each of which has a central notch (4) through which the skewer passes. The end plates hold the food in the cylinder while the skewer is removed. The clip is opened to allow the food to be removed through the opposite end of the cylinder which is open.
