Abstract

The tray is divided into a number of sections, the base panel of a central one (4) of which is higher than the base panels of the sections (2,6) which surround it. The space in the bottom of the tray defined by the raised base of the central section may be filled or left hollow.A cover panel (9) fits over the tray, and engages it peripherally by a clip fit, e.g. by a lip (10) of the cover engaging over a peripheral rib (11) of the tray. The cover is preferably transparent, and may include perforations or micro-perforations to allow passage of water vapour. Alternatively the cover may be sealed to the tray to allow filling with an inert gas.
