Abstract

The monoblock pouch (1) is attached to the handle of a trolley (Z) by a fixing (2). The extendable fixing passes under the trolley handle and is fitted in it by a lug (8), at the end of the fixing, in a notch (9) in the first part of the monoblock. The assembly, which consists of two pivoted parts (I,II), has containers (3,4,7) for receiving a calculator (C), a pile of paper (P) and a pencil (Y). The two parts are pivoted in a zone of least thickness (15) which allows the folding down of one part on the other to close the pouch.

Description

 The present invention relates to a monobloc pocket device which is removably attached to a cart handle and which can accommodate a calculator, a stack of paper (notepad, post it ...) and a pencil.

 Traditionally, customers who shop in a self-service store carry out at least two types of transaction. On the one hand, he consults and manipulates a shopping list, on the other hand, he calculates the amount of his purchases.

 Consultation and manipulation of the shopping list can be done in two ways: without rigid support, forcing the customer to keep his list in his hands (which causes many inconveniences ...) or using the tablets offered for example by Marcel Carrie, Patent EP0384855.

Similarly, the amount of purchases is calculated, either mentally, or manually using paper and pencil with or without a tablet, or mechanically using a pocket calculator held in hand or fixable on a trolley as proposed by Hermann Fink Brevet EP0297457,

 The one-piece device according to the invention alone makes it possible to remedy the respective difficulties of the two aforementioned operations, by providing, by a removable fixing, a stable support without overhang, on which the customer can both calculate the amount of his purchases and update or modify his shopping list. Incidentally, the device acts as an impact protection for the calculator.

Here are the characteristics of the device according to the invention:
According to a first characteristic, it indeed comprises an assembly (1), a homogeneous and extendable monoblock in the preferred embodiment (rubber, rubber, etc.), playing both the role of fixing (2) on the handle of the carriage (Z) and that of receptacle (3) for a calculator (C), receptacle (4) for a stack of paper (P) held by a thin strip (6) of the same material and a receptacle (7) for a pencil ( Y).

 Respectively, we will call Part I (P.I), the part which contains the receptacle (3) and Part II (P. II), that which contains the receptacle (4) in accordance with Figure 1.

 According to a second characteristic, it comprises an extensible fixing (2), forming an integral part of the one-piece device (1) in the preferred embodiment. The latter (2) is terminated by a bend (17) in the shape of a U, from the last internal face from which comes a lug (8), of the same material, intended to be embedded in the notch (9) located on the one-piece device (1), Part I.

 According to a third characteristic, it comprises a closure system, forming an integral part of the one-piece device (1) in the preferred embodiment, consisting on the one hand of ur.

 According to a sixth characteristic, it comprises a receptacle (7) for a pencil (Y) formed in the one-piece device (1) according to the preferred embodiment. This receptacle (7) is of such width (L) that we can fold down, while leaving the pencil (Y), Part II on Part I, without leaving any light between these two parts, after having used the closure system (10), (11) and (12), as shown in figure /.

 According to a seventh characteristic, it has an open notch (14) formed in the one-piece device (1) Part II, according to the preferred embodiment. This (14) will allow Part II to be folded over Part I, without the fixing (2), once hooked to the notch (9), the assembly (1) fixed on the handle of the carriage (Z ) or not, do not disturb this closure.

 According to an eighth characteristic, it has a thinner zone (15), according to the preferred embodiment, forming an articulation between Part I and Part II of the monoblock device (1). This articulation constitutes an axis of rotation, in order to open or close the device (1), fixed or not fixed on a carriage handle (Z).

According to a ninth characteristic, it comprises a trench (16) which, according to the preferred embodiment, crosses over their width, the bottom of Part I and the top of the
Part II of the closed monobloc device (1), in accordance with FIG. 3. This trench accommodates the handle of the carriage (Z) in order to ensure optimal wedging of the device (1) on the handle (Z) by eliminating the cantilevered.

According to particular embodiments:
- Beyond the maximum material extensibility threshold, the
Parts I and II of the device (1) can be provided with additional extension means (slide, etc.) making it possible to accommodate any type of pre-existing calculator (C).

 - Parts I and II of the device (1) can be independent parts connected by a hinge (hinges ...), which would then replace the area of reduced thickness (15) and would oblige to move the receptacle (7) of the pencil ( Y).

 - Parts I and II of the device (1) could not be articulated and could therefore constitute a single plane, thus eliminating the zone of lesser thickness (15) or any other type of hinge.

 - The fixing (2) can be placed under Part II or between the two parts or under both at the same time.

 - The fixing (2) can be connected to Part I by a hinge similar to that mentioned above.

 - The fixing (2) can be constituted by an extensible material (elastic ...), a clamp, a clip, "velcro" bands etc ...

 - The spatial arrangement of the receptacles (3) (4) and (7) between them or of Parts I and II between them may be different.

- The trench (16), according to the particular embodiment where the device (1) is neither homogeneous nor monobloc (Parts
I and II separate), possibly made of a non-slip material, fixed in Parts I and II.

 - The trench (16) can be removed in the presence of other fixing means such as pliers, "velcro", clip ...

 - The pins (8) and (10) and their respective notches (9) and (12) can be replaced by attachment means such as the hook and its ring, the clip, the "velcro", the strap, the elastic, the press stud ...

 - The notches (9) (12) and (14) can be moved, which results in a different arrangement of the pins (8) and (10).

 - The edges (13) and the thin strip (6) can be eliminated, replaced by fixed or movable tabs, elastic bands, corner edges etc ...

 By way of nonlimiting example, once closed in its entirety, the device according to the invention will have a total thickness of the order of 5 cm for sides of 9 cm, which makes it a pocket product.

Claims (9)

 1) Device attached to a cart handle (Z) of a self-service store, accommodating a calculator (C), a stack of paper (P) and a pencil (Y) so that the client can consult and manipulate his list of purchase and calculate the amount of his purchases. It is characterized in that it comprises a one-piece, homogeneous and extensible assembly (1), removably fixed on a carriage handle (Z) by means of a fixing (2), and having in its Parts I and II receptacles (3) (4) and (7) respectively accommodating a calculator (C), a stack of paper (P) and a pencil (Y).  2) Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the Parts I and II are articulated by means of a thinner zone (15), thus making it possible to fold the Part II onto the Part I in order to close the device, and vice versa, authorize its reopening.  3) Device according to claim 1, characterized in that an extendable fixing (2), an integral part of the device, allows to fix it to a carriage handle (Z), passing under this handle and fitting, by means of a lug (8), coming from the end of the fixing (2) (internal face), in a notch (9) formed in the one-piece assembly (1) Part I.  4) Device according to claim 2, characterized in that a tongue (11) provided with a lug (10), extends (upwards in the open position) the side of Part II parallel to the zone of reduced thickness ( 15), which lug (10) fits into the notch (12) provided for this purpose on the Part I thus ensuring that the closed position of the Part II on Part I.  5) Device according to claim 3, characterized in that the end of the fixing (2) forms a bend (17) in a U, from the last internal face from which comes the lug (8) mentioned above, which fits in the aforementioned notch (9) in Part I.
