Description
La présente invention est relative à un dispositif permettant de contrôler l'évolution de l'échauffement ou du refroidissement d'un produit initialement contenu dans un réceptacle, disposé dans une enceinte dont la température diffère de celle du produit. Elle vise plus particulièrement le maintien à la température optimale de dégustation des vins et spiritueux, dans une utilisation domestique ou professionnelle (hôtellerie, restauration).
