Abstract

-1 - This application concerns a system for training and

  to use a pallet container very efficiently, with or without its contents, in the

  better conditions of profitability.

  The system, according to the invention, consists in obtaining a complete unitary and one-piece assembly with mounting or flattening in a fraction of a second. Formatting

  is very easy and hassle-free for the operator.

  The system will allow multiple rotations and a 100% recycling of all the elements. For this purpose, the object of the invention is, according to a first characteristic: a collapsible container which can be used repeatedly by rotation of the type consisting of a pallet, a box provided with small sides with vertical grooving for folding it flat on the pallet and fixing means of the box on the pallet characterized in that the box is provided with a lower flap articulated on a long sides thereof provided with grooving parallel to the flap hinge spaced from this hinge by a distance corresponding to the thicknesses of materials used of the box laid flat defining a hinge zone and in that the pallet is provided with a rigid peripheral frame extending vertically on the

  periphery of the pallet and secured to it.

The stackings, flat or mounted, will always be great qualities by providing a cap (13) adapted to

needs.

  The primary purpose of this technique is the multi-rotation of the container in the

best conditions.
