Abstract

La présente invention a pour objet une composition bactéricide renfermant, à titre de principes actifs, au moins un agent bactéricide associé éventuellement à au moins une charge physiologiquement compatible. Cette composition est conditionnée à l'intérieur d'un emballage hydrosoluble physiologiquement compatible. L'invention vise également les différents conditionnements (1) incorporant cette composition bactéricide (2).

Description

COMPOSITION BACTERICIDE CONDITIONNEE DANS UN EMBALLAGE HYDROSOLU BLE
La présente invention est du domaine des emballages hydrosolubles. Elle vise plus particulièrement une composition bactéricide conditionnée dans un emballage hydrosoluble, physiologiquement compatible.
Jusqu'à présent on connaissait différents produits conditionnés dans des emballages hydrosolubles, et notamment destinés à des applications de nettoyage et d'entretien. Par contre, la documentation technique ne fait pas état de compositions bactéricides à usage médical qui aient été condtionnées dans des emballages hydrosolubles.
Un objet de la présente invention est de fournir de nouvelles compositions bactéricides à usage médical, dans lesquelles sont associés des principes actifs exempts d'eau afin de les conditionner dans un emballage constitué à partir d'un produit hydrosoluble.
La présente invention a donc pour objet une composition bactéricide renfermant à titre de principe actif au moins un agent bactéricide associé éventuellement avec au moins une charge physiologiquement compatible, caractérisée en ce que cette composition est conditionnée à l'intérieur d'un emballage hydrosoluble physiologiquement compatible et que le (les) agent(s) bactéricide(s) ainsi qu'éventuellement la charge sont exempts d'eau.
L'invention est en outre remarquable par les points suivants - la composition bactéricide est constituée d'un liquide - la composition bactéricide est en solution dans un liquide anhydre - la composition bactéricide est en suspension dans un liquide - le liquide dans lequel l'agent bactéricide est en solution ou en suspension est une solution alcoolique aqueuse.
Dans une forme de réalisation particulière de l'invention, la composition sera sous forme liquide en milieu alcoolique ou en milieu solvant compatible et renfermera, à titre d'agent bactéricide ou principe actif, du chlorhydrate de polyhexaméthylène biguanide sous forme lyophilisée, associée à des agents tensioactifs ou non ioniques, des ammoniums quaternaires, des agents séquestrants, par exemple le tétracétate d'éthylène diamine.
Comme on peut le voir sur la figure unique partiellement arrachée du dessin, L'agent tensioactif 1 est conditionné à l'intérieur d'une enveloppe 2 réalisée à partir d'une feuille en matière plastique hydrosoluble, par exemple un alcool polyvinylique ou bien une combinaison d'alcools polyvinyliques avec l'amidon, cette feuille plastique étant conformée en sachet dans lequel on introduit le principe actif, c'est-à-dire au moins un agent bactéricide, après quoi on ferme de façon étanche l'ouverture par laquelle a été introduit ledit principe actif. II est clair que cette feuille ou plaque devra avoir une résistance mécanique suffisante pour obtenir un conditionnement suffisamment résistant et qu'elle devra également pouvoir résister à une corrosion éventuelle due au principe actif.
II est clair que l'invention n'est nullement limitée à cette forme de conditionnement plane mais que l'on peut envisager d'autres formes géométriques dans l'espace, par exemple en berlingots.
L'invention est plus particulièrement destinée à l'usage médical, médicodentaire, pour le conditionnement des produits pharmaceutiques et à usages médicinaux et médico-dentaires, ainsi que dans le domaine de la cosmétologie.
Ainsi se trouve résolu le problème du conditionnement de principes actifs anhydres en associant une composition bactéricide de ce type à un emballage hydrosoluble, ce qui permet de présenter une dose de bactéricides ne nécessitant pas l'ouverture du conditionnement qui est lui-même prêt à être immergé dans un récipient renfermant de l'eau stérile afin d'obtenir une solution prête à l'emploi.

Claims (8)

  1. REVENDICATIONS 1. - Composition bactéricide renfermant, à titre de principe actif, au moins un agent bactéricide associé éventuellement à au moins une charge physiologiquement compatible, caractérisée en ce que cette composition est conditionnée à l'intérieur d'un emballage hydrosoluble physiologiquement compatible.
  2. 2. - Composition bactéricide selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est constituée d'un liquide anhydre.
  3. 3. - Composition bactéricide selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est en solution dans un liquide anhydre.
  4. 4. - Composition bactéricide selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que le liquide est une solution alcoolique.
  5. 5. - Composition bactéricide selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce qu'elle renferme un agent séquestrant.
  6. 6. - Composition bactéricide selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle renferme, à titre de principe actif, du chlorhydrate de polyhexaméthylène biguanide sous forme lyophilisée, et du tétracétate d'éthylène diamine, à titre d'agent séquestrant.
  7. 7. - Composition bactéricide selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce qu'elle renferme au moins un agent tensioactif non ionique et au moins un ammonium quaternaire, physiologiquement compatible.
  8. 8. - Composition bactéricide selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce qu'elle renferme un alcool et/ou un solvant, physiologiquement compatibles.
