Abstract

The invention relates to a vaccination calendar of the type including at least one information display support and at least one element mounted rotatably on the non-visible rear face of the said support. According to the invention, the support (1a) has at least one window (2a) allowing the viewing of information carried on the face opposite the rotary element during the rotation of the latter with respect to the support (1a), the said information consisting in particular of the months of a year, being arranged on the rotary element (4) in such a way that, upon selecting and displaying the index-forming month of birth of the person to be vaccinated, one or more subsequent dates of vaccination are displayed simultaneously. Vaccination schedule
The present invention relates to a vaccination schedule for identifying vaccinations to be performed on a person.

Parents are often confused today by the number and complexity of vaccinations to be performed on their children. As a result, they frequently forget the reminders and often ignore what type of vaccination has already been done.

The object of the present invention is therefore to overcome this drawback by proposing a vaccination calendar which allows easy identification without risk of error of the age at which the vaccinations and the type of vaccination to be practiced must be carried out.

To this end, the invention relates to a vaccination schedule of the type comprising at least one support, generally planar, for displaying information and at least one element mounted for rotation on the non-visible rear face of said support, characterized in that the support has at least one window allowing the display of information carried on the opposite face of the rotary element during the rotation of the latter relative to the support, said information, constituted in particular by the months of the year, being arranged on the rotary element so that, when selecting and displaying at least the month of birth of the person to be vaccinated forming a marker, one or more subsequent dates of vaccination are simultaneously displayed.

According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the rotary element is enclosed between two supports comprising similar elements, the rotary element comprising information on its two faces.

According to the invention, the calendar comprises at least one medium, generally plan, for displaying information. This support, possibly decorated, constitutes one of the visible faces of the calendar. This support, generally quadrilateral, made of cardboard or any other suitable material, may have two lateral notches 7 making it possible to access and rotate a rotary element 4 mounted integral with the support 1a and pivotable relative to the latter by means of 'a pivot axis 5. This rotary element 4, generally affecting the shape of a disc, includes information, represented at 6 in Figure 3, the details of which will be provided below. The support has at least one window 2a, in the example shown in Figure 1, six windows 2a, 3a, ... 7a allowing, during the rotation of the disc, the comparison of information carried on the disc and the window so as to display a certain amount of information. This is the case in Figure 1.

According to the embodiment chosen, it is possible to have a calendar comprising two supports 1a, 1b which enclose the rotary element 4, this rotary element being able either to include information on its two faces, or to consist of two disks mounted integral . Each disc then includes on one of its faces information likely to come opposite the windows of the support. The information carried on the rotary element 4 is constituted in particular by the months and the year which are generally arranged at the periphery of the disc. These dates will serve as a benchmark when displayed and will correspond to the month of birth (window 2a) of the person to be vaccinated. Once this date is placed opposite window 2a, a certain number of other dates will be displayed either in the same window or in the other windows 3a to 7a of the support (s). Therefore, from the month of birth, it will be easy to identify the vaccinations to be performed later.

To make it easier to read this calendar, information can be provided on either side of the window or on the same side of the window, concerning the type of vaccination carried out and the age of the person to be practiced this type of vaccination. In the case where the calendar is printed on both sides, in the same way on the back or second side of the calendar, the month of birth will be displayed so as to constitute a marker preventing any error in the dates of vaccination.

This calendar can present a large number of applications.

It can be used as an advertising medium, as a decorative element or have any other function. In addition, the information carried on this calendar can be supplemented by information carried in a more traditional manner on calendars.

Vaccination schedule of the type comprising at least one support, generally an information display plane and at least one element rotatably mounted on the rear side which is not visible of said support, characterized in that the support (la, lb) has at least one window (2a) allowing the display of information (6) carried on the opposite face of the rotary element (4) during the rotation of the latter relative to the support (la, lob), said information being constituted in particular by the months of a year, being arranged on the rotary element (4) in such a way that, when selecting and displaying the month of birth of the person to be vaccinated, forming a mark, simultaneously one or more subsequent dates of vaccination. 2. vaccination schedule according to claim 1, characterized in that the rotary element (4) is enclosed by two supports (la, 1b) comprising similar elements, the rotary element (4) comprising information (6) on its two faces. 3. vaccination schedule according to claim 2, characterized in that the rotary element (4) is formed of two elements mounted integral, said elements being enclosed by supports comprising similar elements. 4. Calendar according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the rotary element (4) takes the form of a disc. 5. Calendar according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the rotary element (4) comprises a series of dates in radiating arrangement around a central point of the disc, at least one of the dates shown on each department corresponding thereafter to the date of birth of the person to be vaccinated. 6. Calendar according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the support includes information (6) relating to the type of vaccinations to be performed and the age at which they should be performed. 7. Calendar according to claim 6, characterized in that the support comprises a series of windows (2a, 3a, 4a, 5a, 6a, 7a) preferably arranged in column, each window displaying a date of vaccination while the type of vaccination and the age of the person to be vaccinated are shown on either side of said window in correspondence with the date displayed.
