Les liqueurs existant actuellement ne sont pas fabriquées à partir de ce végétal et par suite la technique n est pas adaptée à ce cas particulier. The liquors currently existing are not made from this vegetable and therefore the technique is not suitable for this particular case.
La fabrication selon l'invention consiste à faire macérer dans un litre d'alcool 71 grammes de fleurs de bruyère sèches et dty ajouter 270 grammes de sucre.La macération en milieu tiède dure 15 jours.Après filtration et embouteillage,la liqueur peut être consommée.
