This fabricated soxidase consists of the reaction of monosaccharides used as substrates with pyranos dehydrogenase and benzoquinone and/or pyranose solutions. Oxidase together with catalase enzyme may be reacted with water and saline solution respectively to produce rare sugars such as keto-diketo sugar derivatives, sugar derivatives. In addition, these rare sugar products can also be detected by QTOF-Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometer (QTOF-LC). This artificial rare sugar synthesis method increases the value of sugar, simplifies the production process and is non-toxic to the environment.
