Le boîtier moto présente sur sa face principale deux voyants, dont l'un, rouge (2) indique que le dispositif est en mode STAND BY et que la moto ne peut démarrer, le voyant vert (3) ne s'allume que si le conducteur porte le casque correctement. Ce voyant indique que le dispositif est en mode READY et que la moto peut démarrer. Le câble (9) assure la liaison électrique entre le casque et la moto.
