La présente invention concerne les emballages parallélépipédiques en
carton ou analogue ,comportant une fermeture automatique par couvercle
indépendant ,destinés à être utilisés dans un compacteur
Le but de l'invention est la réalisation d'emballages ,par pliage d'un
flan comportant des pré-pliures et découpes spécifiques de montage exclu
ant les accessoires tels que ruban adhésif agrafe ou autre habituellement
nécessaires au montage des emballages classiques ,caractérisés en ce que
d'une part les moyens de verrouillage de leur couvercle consistent en des
rabats ,formant quatre rebords indépendants ,qui sont constitués par l'extrémité supérieure repliée intérieurement de chacune de leur quatre parois latérales et d'autre part en ce que les replis assemblant lesdites parois sont à chevauchement partiel et constituent deux poignées de transport latérales opposées .Selon une autre caractéristique le fond desdits
emballages peut être plus réduit que leur ouverture pour faciliter leur
superposition ,lorsqu'ils sont remplis de produits compactés ,dans le but
de limiter la reprise de volume desdits produits afin de réduire la pres
sion qu'ils exercent sous le couvercle
L'utilisation d'un matériau imperméable,dans sa masse ou par un traite- ment de surface ,permet la réalisation d'emballages étanches dans leur partie inférieure aptes au conditionnement de produits humides ou resti
tuant un liquide lorsqu'ils sont compactés

Sur la figure 1 on a représenté en 1 un flan ,constituant ledit emballage, composé ; d'un fond 2 délimité par des pré-pliures 3 à 6 ; de quatres parois 7 à 10 délimitées , à partir du fond 2 , par des pré-pliures 11 à 22 ; de quatre replis 23 et 24 , 25 et 26 , 27 et 28 , 29 et 30 , articulés à partir de pré-pliures 31 à 34 et délimités par les parois 7 à 10 , comportant des ouvertures 35 à 38 constituant des moyens d'assemblage et des poignées de transport ; de quatre rebords constitués par des rabats 39 à 52 délimités à partir des parois 7 à 10 par des pté-pliures 53 à 62 dont quatre d'entre eux 39, 48, 43, 51 ont un prolongement limité sur les portions de replis 30 et 23, 24 et 25, 26 et 27, 28 et 29 alors que deux autres 46 et 42 comportent des languettes d'assemblage 65 ou 63 et 64 qui coopèrent avec les ouvertures 37 et 38 ou 35 et 36 pour maintenir les parois 7 à 10 dans une position verticale et constituer deux logements faisant office de poignées de transport .Pour renforcer le verrouillage du couvercle les rabats 40 et 44 peuvent être d'une longueur égale à celle des 39 et 43
Les figures 2 et 3 donnent dans leur ordre de réalisation les différentes phases de montage dudit emballage - on replie les rabats 49, 52 sur les 48, 51 et ensuite sur les parois 8, 10 .Cette opération est facilitée par les rabats 47, 50 qui constituent d'une part un espace entre lesdites parois et les rabats 48, 51 pour favoriser le verrouillage du couvercle et d'autre part une partie de la bordure supérieure de l'emballage au droit des parois 8,~10; puis: - on- replie les autres rabats 39 à 42 et 43 à 46 sur les parois 7, 9;alors: - on ramène les rabats 40 à 42 et 44 à 46 sur les 39 et 43 ;ensuite - on relève les parois 7 et 9 ; enfin : (comme FIG 2) - on redresse les parois 8 et 10, les pré-pliures 31 à 34 étants besoin est poussées vers ltextérieur,ensuite on plaque les replis 23, 24 et 30, 29 sur la paroi 7 et les 26, 25 et 27, 28 sur la paroi 9 dans une position de chevanchement partiel pour les portions 24, 29 et 25, 28 mettant en visà-vis les ouvertures 36,35 et 37 et 38,puis les rabats 42 et 46 sont rabattus sur les portions de replis 24, 29 et 25, 28 Les autres rabats 41 et 45 constituant, au droit des parois 7 et 9,l'autre partie de la bordure supérieure de l'emballage ; seulement - on introduit, selon le cas, les languettes d'assemblage 63, 64 ou 65 dans les ouvertures 35,35 ou 37,38 pour maintenir les portions de replis 24,29 et 25,28 assemblées aux parois 7 et 9
Pour compléter ces moyens d'assemblage les rabats 42 et 46 peuvent être dotés chacun de deux languettes suplémentaires -, identiques-aux-65mais d'une taille plus réduite, coopérant avec des ouvertures appropriées situées dans les portions de replis 24, 29 et 25, 28 voisinant avec les extrémités des rabats 48, 51 et 39, 43 lorsque l'emballage est monté
Les pré-pliures et découpes spécifiques du flan 1 permettent, entre autre, la réalisation des quatre rebords internes et indépendants, constituant les moyens pour verrouiller le couvercle 66 sur le corps de l'emballage, qui sont formés
- pour deux d'entre eux, situés sur les parois 7 et 9 ,par le repliage des rabats 39 et 43 sur la face interne desdites parois puis des rabats 40 et 44 sur les-mêmes--rabats 39 et 43
- pour les deux autres, situés sur les parois 8 et 10, par le repliage des rabats 49 et 52 sur les rabats 48 et 51 puis sur la face interne desdites parois
Lorsque le corps de l'emballage est rempli de produits compactés le couvercle 66,comportant des pré-pliures 67 à 70 délimitant des bordures 71 à 74, peut être verrouillé .Cette opération est réalisée automatiquement par la tête du piston de compactage qui enfonce ledit couvercle dans l'ouverture de l'emballage, jusqu'à une position où les bordures 71 à 74 se trouvent en dessous des quatre rebords internes constitués par les rabats repliés 39 et 40, 48 et 49, 43 et 44, 50 et 51, puis remonte pour permettre aux produits compactés en se décomprimant eux-mêmes d'introduire lesdites bordures derrière lesdits rebords The present invention relates to parallelepiped packaging in
