Abstract

The support (1) is a H-shaped structure and its vertical branches (7,8) have hollows (3,4) to hold the bottles. The hollows are alternately large and smaller to hold the neck and body of bottles put head to tail. The opposite hollows are also alternately large and smaller. Description

The present invention relates to a support for maintaining the spade-like position on at least two successive layers or rows themselves upside down, of parts each having at least two different sections such as for example bottles.

We know different supports for the maintenance of bêtvetées pieces such as wooden supports sliding in grooves arranged on the sides of a box containing said parts, this type of support makes the use of an enveloping structure on which it depends by the grooving necessary for its maintenance.

We also know the use of pre-cut supports arranged after the establishment of a first layer of containers in the box to contain them, said supports having grooved or perforated cutouts forcing into the box to cause the raising of certain parts previously cut, this type of support insufficiently preserves the parts together by layers for lack of material, which is annoying during impacts causing breakage of the containers.

Likewise, supports of the same kind as previously described are known, or of the cradle or tray type requiring firstly the installation of a support on which is disposed a first row of upside-down containers which are covered by a second support receiving a second series of containers placed head to tail, this method of maintenance requires the use of a large number of supports.

The invention aims to overcome the drawbacks described above, unlike the existing supports described above, the support object of the invention may be sufficient in itself, the protection between the layers is sufficient and a single support is sufficient to the first two layers.

The subject of the invention is a support for parts having at least two different sections such as the bottle-type receptacles allowing their positioning head-to-tail on a single layer or row exclusively and also head-to-tail for the facing parts. screw of the next layer or row, characterized in that the support has an H-shaped structure, the vertical branches of which are provided with alternating cutouts or recesses both in height and along the length of the support in which the large and small sections of the parts while maintaining them in a grooved manner in all directions spaced from one another or joined, said support being produced in its final configuration when using molded materials, or after shaping when using flat materials beforehand stamped, grooved or perforated to create recesses and preferred folding axes ls.
