Abstract

The cleaner consists of a container (1) for water, and two rotary brushes (2), which are driven by a handle (8) and meshing gears (15). The axles (4) of the brushes (2) are held in bearings (3) in the walls of the container. A reduction motor (26) is linked to the axles by four toothed gear wheels (15), and the bearing on the motor side has a groove which accommodates a sealing ring (7). A movable square plate (13) is positioned by a locking knob (20) to place the balls and clubs at an optimum height under the brushes. The water is kept in circulation at a fixed level by a drain channel (30) to the front of the plate. The channel has two holes (31) to allow removal of mud to the waste pipe (25). A stainless steel cover encloses the chassis. ADVANTAGE - Simple, durable, low torque and low speed. Avoids wear of moving parts. Double insulation.
