Abstract

L'invention concerne une machine permettant de souder des pièces plastiques en garantissant une soudure perpendiculaire à l'axe de la pièce. Cette machine est composée d'un bâti (1) recevant un guidage linéaire (2). Le chariot outillage mobile (3) ainsi que le chariot porte-miroir (4) sont guidés sur le même guidage (2). Le miroir ou lame chauffante (5) est guidé verticalement par le guidage linéaire (6) solidaire du chariot porte-miroir (4). La machine selon l'invention est particulièrement destinée à la soudure des pièces en matière plastique.

La présente invention concerne une machine de soudure de pièces quelconques en matière plastique.
Habituellement, la soudure de pièces plastiques est réalisée par un élément chauffant appelé miroir ou lame chauffante, disposé horizontalement et dont le guidage est indépendant des autres guidages de la machine, ce qui conduit
souvent à des défauts géométriques du plan de soudure (perpendicularité du plan
de soudure par rapport à l'axe de la pièce à souder).
La machine selon l'invention permet de remédier à ces inconvénients.
Un élément chauffant appelé miroir ou lame chauffante, disposé
verticalement est guidé horizontalement sur le même guidage que le chariot
supportant la pièce à souder appelé chariot outillage mobile.
Le miroir possède deux mouvements:
- un mouvement de translation vertical réalisé par
des guidages linéaires à circulation à billes montés
verticalement sur le chariot appelé chariot porte-miroir
- un mouvement de translation horizontal réalisé par des
des guidages linéaires à circulation à billes, montés
horizontalement sur le chariot porte-miroir.
Les deux mouvements sont perpendiculaires entre eux.
Le chariot porte-miroir et le chariot outillage mobile sont guidés sur le même rail assurant ainsi des déplacements parfaitement parallèles entre eux, contribuant à la perpendicularité du plan de soudure.
Les dessins annexés illustrent l'invention.
La figure 1 représente en vue de face la machine en position repos.
La figure 2 représente en vue de face la machine en position travail.
En référence à ces dessins, la machine comporte un bâti (1) recevant un guidage linéaire (2). Le chariot outillage mobile (3) ainsi que le chariot porte-miroir (4) se déplacent sur le même guidage linéaire (2). Le miroir (5) est guidé verticalement par le guidage linéaire(6), solidaire du chariot porte-miroir
(4). Le bâti comporte un plan de posage (10) de l'outillage fixe, parfaitement perpendiculaire au miroir.
Les mouvements d'avance et de recul du chariot outillage mobile, du chariot porte-miroir et du miroir sont donnés par des actionneurs pneumatiques, respectivement repères 7, 8, 9.
Les pièces à souder, repère 11 et 12 sont liées par un outillage quelconque (13) au plan de posage (10) et au chariot outillage mobile (3).
La combinaison des différents mouvements en Z et X du miroir et du chariot outillage mobile permet la soudure des pièces, repère 11 et 12.
A titre non limitatif l'élément de chauffe pourra avoir des dimensions de l'ordre de 200 mm pour la hauteur et 500 mm pour la largeur.
Les dimensions du miroir déterminent les longueurs des guidages.
La machine selon l'invention est particulièrement destinée à la soudure
des pièces en matière plastique.

miroir et du chariot mobile sont réalisés par des actionneurs
pneumatiques.
