Abstract

The system makes it possible to isolate humans from a harmful external environment, or an environment requiring conditions of particular cleanliness from types of work which may adversely affect this cleanliness. It consists of panels of standard dimensions which are connected to each other by a magnetisation system on reconstituted galvanised sheet iron profiles. Only smooth surfaces are exposed to the risk of contamination and facilitate the cleaning operations. The panels can be re-used and therefore considerably reduce the amounts of waste material.

The present invention relates to a modular system allowing
to delimit an intervention area and isolate the men, materials
and works located inside this zone of the external environment. he
helps to prevent the dispersion of unwanted elements such as
dust from one medium to the other.

 Work carried out in hostile environments or in environments requiring very great cleanliness requires that the homes, the machines and the works be isolated by a construction called an airlock. These constructions are traditionally made up of a rigid frame on which a vinyl canvas rests. They are thus fragile because of their structure and therefore require periodic renovation. At the end of use, they generate significant quantities of waste which must be treated or stored.

 This system makes it possible to remedy these drawbacks.

 It consists of rigid modular panels of various materials: Composite M1, lexan, macrolon, plexiglass, of standardized dimensions. They are linked together by a magnetization system on reconstituted profiles in galvanized sheet.

 The rigidity of the materials used offers the system great reliability in tenps. Renovation is no longer necessary and the panels can be reused to form other similar constructions.

The types of materials used are non-porous in order to make cleaning or decontamination operations possible. The amount of waste, therefore, is considerably reduced. In addition, in order to optimize the possibility of cleaning, only the smooth walls are exposed to the risk of being soiled or contaminated.

The profile (A) is produced using an angle iron reconstituted from galvanized sheet welded on a plate allowing fixing to the ground. This profile is used as a basis for making the figures (B) adding by electric welds a second profile (A), figure (C) adding three profiles (A), figure (D) adding a second profile (A ) and two locking tabs at each end, figure (E) adding a profile (A) and figure (F) adding a second profile (A) and two plates at one end. With reference to these figures, the standard panels (G) each consist of a plate of specific materials (composite M1 or lexan or macrolon or plexiglass) on which is glued on each side a magnetic joint allowing quick connection to the different profiles and the tightness of the assembly. An upper profile (G1) is interlocked, allowing the adaptation of a roof panel.

This profile (G1) consists of an external angle making the total width of the panel with which is assembled, by electrical points, with a longitudinal offset of the thickness of the panel, a second shorter angle at each end.

 The system according to the invention is intended in particular for environments requiring special precautions and conditions of cleanliness or confinement, exesple; nuclear, food, chemistry, IT.
