BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an assembled door. 2. Description of the Related Art Conventional doors are roughly classified into a frame door type as shown in FIG. 7 and a flush door type as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 7, the frame-type door has a mirror plate fitted into a space surrounded by a vertical frame and a horizontal frame by attaching a crosspiece or the like. On the other hand, in the flush door type, as shown in FIG. 8, a veneer plate, a decorative plywood or a steel plate is stretched and integrated on both sides of the core material. All of these are assembled together in advance at the factory and delivered to the site. Problems to be Solved by the Invention As described above, all the conventional doors are integrated in advance at the factory and carried into the site, and it is necessary to sufficiently package them so that they are not damaged during transportation. Moreover, since it cannot be simply stacked on the bed of a truck, there is a drawback that the cost for transportation is high in the end. In addition, there is a disadvantage in that there is little freedom in design in both FIG. 7 and FIG. The present invention eliminates such conventional drawbacks and provides an assembling door that can be easily assembled on site and has a large degree of freedom in design. Means for Solving the Problems In order to achieve the above object, in the present invention, a pair of horizontal lattices along the horizontal frames are provided in an outer frame composed of a pair of upper and lower horizontal frames and a pair of left and right vertical frames. Similarly, a pair of vertical lattices are arranged along both vertical frames, and the end portions of these horizontal lattices and vertical lattices are engaged with each other by engaging the notches formed therein, and the lattices and the above-mentioned outer lattices are connected to each other. At the four corners in the gap between the frames, an L-shaped connecting metal fitting across the horizontal direction and the vertical direction is interposed, and the vertical piece of the connecting metal fitting is connected to the vertical frame and the vertical grid, and the horizontal side is connected. It is characterized in that it is fixed to the horizontal frame and the horizontal lattice with bolts, and further, with other lattices attached between the lattices or in a state where they are left as they are, the surface material is fitted and bolted. Example Hereinafter, an example in which the structure of the present invention is applied to a panel (3) of a double door of a sunroom as shown in FIG. 2 will be described. FIG. 3 shows a frame used for the door of the present invention, in which (1) and (1) are upper and lower horizontal frames,
(2) and (2) also show left and right vertical frames, and the horizontal frame (1) and the vertical frame (2) form a rectangular outer frame (A).
Is configured. (4) (4) is a pair of left and right vertical lattices, and (5)
(5) is the upper and lower horizontal lattices mounted between the upper ends or the lower ends of these vertical lattices (4) (4), and (6) (6) ...
Figure 4 shows an intermediate transverse grid mounted across the intermediate section between the vertical grids (4) (4). Notches (7) are provided at the ends of the upper and lower horizontal lattices (5) (5) and the left and right vertical lattices (4) (4).
(8) is formed, and these notches (7) and (8) are fitted to each other and connected to what is called a phase cut joint, whereby a rectangular lattice frame (B) as shown in FIG. 1 is formed. It is formed. Also, the vertical lattices (4) (4) and the intermediate horizontal lattice (6)
Similar notches (9) and (10) are also formed at the ends of (6) ... so that they are connected in a phase-joint joint shape. Then, as shown in FIG. 1, a rectangular lattice frame (B) composed of vertical lattices (4) (4) and horizontal lattices (5) (6) is
It is inserted into the outer frame (A). (11) (11) ... are connecting fittings that are each bent into an L shape, and these connecting fittings (11) (11) ... Are the above-mentioned lattice frame (B) and outer frame (A).
And 4 corners are respectively interposed between and. Bolts (12), (12), ... Above and below the upper and lower horizontal frames (1), (1) of the outer frame (A) are lateral pieces of the horizontal frame (1) and the connecting fitting (11). It penetrates through (13) and is screwed into the upper and lower horizontal lattices (5) (5), whereby the horizontal frame (1), the connecting metal fitting (11) and the horizontal lattice (5) are integrated. There is. On the other hand, bolts (12) are similarly inserted from the outside to the vertical frame (2), the vertical pieces (14) of the connecting fittings (11), and the ends of the vertical grids (4) as well. ), The outer frame (A) and the lattice frame (B) are integrated with each other, and the horizontal frame (1) and the vertical frame (2) in the outer frame (A) are integrated. ) Are integrally connected together to form a frame, in which the end faces () of the vertical lattices (4) and the horizontal lattices (5) (5) are tightened by tightening bolts (12) as shown in FIG. 15) (15)
It is pressed against the inner surface of the connecting fitting (11). (16)
Reference numeral (16) indicates a spacer interposed between the connecting fitting (11) and the vertical lattice (4) or the horizontal lattice (5). In addition, in the middle portion without the connecting fitting (11), the horizontal frame (1)
Or the bolt (17) inserted from the outside into the vertical frame (2),
It is screwed into the horizontal lattice (5) or the vertical lattice (4) and is connected to each other. Reference numerals (18) and (18) denote a spacer interposed between the horizontal frame (1) or the vertical frame (2) and the horizontal lattice (5) and the vertical lattice (4). FIG. 5 shows a panel attached to the frame having the above structure. This panel (21) comprises a mounting frame (22) assembled in a rectangular shape and a glass panel (23) attached to a temporary surface of the mounting frame (22). ) Is inserted into a square or rectangular space surrounded by the vertical lattices (4) and the horizontal lattices (5) and (6) as shown in FIG. 1, and as shown in FIG. With the bolts (27) inserted from the inside of 22), the vertical lattice (4) and the horizontal lattice (5)
It is fixed to (6). As shown in FIG. 6, the glass panel (23) is fixed to the mounting frame (22) via the structural sealant (24). In FIG.
(25) shows a sealant loaded in the gap between the glass panels (23) and (23), and (26) shows a backup agent for the sealant. Further, in the inner half of the vertical lattice (4) or the horizontal lattices (5) (6) protruding from the mounting frame (22),
A wooden decorative frame (28) is fitted and attached. The horizontal frame (1), the vertical frame (2), the vertical grid (4),
The horizontal lattices (5) and (6) and the connecting metal fittings (11) are all formed of strip-shaped steel plates, but the invention is not limited to this, and other metal materials such as aluminum plates or other It may be made of a material. Effects of the Invention As described above, according to the present invention, the vertical and horizontal frames and the lattice member that form the frame are connected by bolts on site, and by previously opening the bolt holes,
Further, by forming the notch in the same manner, there is an effect that it can be easily assembled even by a special engineer.
In addition, since it is easily assembled on site, unlike the case of assembling and transporting each member, strict packing and loading are not required, and the transport cost can be reduced. Further, the external appearance design can be freely changed by changing various surface materials fitted in the lattice member, and the degree of freedom of design is great. In addition, since such a surface material can be easily removed by removing a bolt, it has an advantage that it can be replaced with another new surface material at any time when it becomes dirty or deteriorated.
