(産業上の利用分野)
本考案は重量ラツクを構成するように鋼製支柱

(従来の技術)
重量ラツクは、通常の軽量ラツクに較べ機械部
品等の重量物を支持するものであるから支柱及び
左右支柱間を連続するビームが中空角形等の鋼製
にて高強度に形成されると共に、支柱に対するビ
ームの取付部にはぐらつきをなくして安定性を増
し、しつかり取付けできるようにビーム端に広面
積のエンドプレートが用いられ、それを支柱に係
接することで支柱間の連結を行なつている。とこ
ろが従来のビーム取付装置は、ビームの両端部に
エンドプレートを溶接にて一体に固着する方法が
一般的であつたが、エンドプレートを一旦溶接に
よりビーム両端部に固定すると取外しができない
為に運搬等の際にはエンドプレートが直角に大き
く張り出して邪魔になり、従つて嵩高になるから
不便であり、又塗装の際にも突出物が多い為何か
と面倒であり、更には溶接による歪の影響で接合
部の強度を低下させるばかりでなく、重量ラツク
の激しい支持荷重の影響で溶接部分が離脱し易い

る支柱とビームとの取付けを行なう場合にビーム
端部にエンドプレートを組立現場で溶接を一切行
なわないで簡単に取付けができ、且つ溶接をしな
くても迅速確実に組立ができ、組立及び分解が容
易で強度的にも優れた重量ラツクを提供すること

上記の技術的課題を解決するために、本考案は
中空角形又は〓形の相対する左右の鋼製支柱間に
ビームを取付けるようにした重量ラツクにおい
て、支柱の外面に列設された係合孔に係合する係
止爪を内方下向きに設けてなるエンドプレート
に、ビームへの取付片を有する嵌合部材を一体に
設けて、この嵌合部材を中空箱形のビーム端部口
に嵌合し、ビームと嵌合部材とを着脱自由にビス

形成してなる嵌合部材3を溶接にて一体に取付

b,3cとを夫々ビス7で着脱可能に締結するよ
うに構成したので、重量ラツクを組立てる場合
に、分解した状態で支柱とビーム及びエンドプレ
ートを現場へ運び、そこでビームの端部口にエン
ドプレートに固着した嵌合部材を嵌合してビスで
締結することにより溶接作業を一切要しないで簡
単迅速に組立を行うことができ、而も支柱に対す
る接合面の大きいエンドプレートを介して取付け
られる為上下並びに前後左右等全ゆる方向に対し
て強力且つ安定した取付けが行える。特にビーム
の端部口に嵌合してビスで取付けられる嵌合部材
は、ビームの上辺及び前後両辺を内側から係接支
持するように3つの取付片3a,3b,3cに
夫々ビスにて締結される為、前後並びに左右方向
に対する安定性が著るしく向上し、ぐらつきのな
い強固で、耐久性の大きい重量ラツクを簡単安価
