For example, when building a building with wood panels, the wood panels are used as the structural material, and in PC board structures, concrete PC boards are used as the main structural material. The reason for building with structural members of the same material instead of using structural members of different materials is that if the materials are different, it is difficult to join the structural members together, and furthermore, it is not possible to ensure sufficient rigidity at the joint. It is. For this reason, problems such as not being able to use constituent members appropriate for each part of the building and not being able to obtain the expected livability were presented.

<Means for Solving the Problems> The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and in particular uses wooden panels as the upper floor panels, and uses lightweight aerated concrete as the upper and lower floor wall panels. In the body difference part using panels, the joining hardware attached to the upper floor panel and the embedded metal fittings fixed to the upper and lower floor wall panels are brought into contact with each other, and the above-mentioned embedded metal fittings are connected via the body difference bolts. The above-mentioned joining hardware is joined in a clamped state.

<Function> In other words, the embedded metal fittings fixed to the upper and lower wall panels are brought into contact with each other above and below the joining metal fittings attached to the upper floor panel, and are joined in a clamped state by the body difference bolts. The upper floor wall panel and the lower floor wall panel are joined with sufficient rigidity with the upper floor panel in between.

FIG. 3 shows the steps 13 of the upper and lower floor wall panels 1,
14 is a perspective view of the embedded metal fitting 2 embedded in a state where the outer flange is exposed. The embedded fitting 2 has a substantially U-shaped side surface formed by the web 21 and inner and outer flanges 22 and 23, and reinforcing plates 24 and 24 are provided between the inner and outer flanges 23 to form an opening 25 as a whole. It has a box-like shape. The inner flange 22 is located inside the panel and is connected to the steel reinforcement 11.
The outer flange 23 is located outside the panel and exposed to the step portions 13 and 14. The reinforcing plates 24 and 24 are respectively attached to the web 2.
1. It is in contact with the inner surfaces of the inner flange 22 and the outer flange 23, and prevents the opening 25 from being crushed or expanded by compressive force or tensile force applied to the embedded fitting 2.

FIG. 4 is a perspective view of the joining hardware 4 attached over the entire length of the frame material of the upper floor panel 3, and FIG. 5 is a side view of the same. The joining hardware 4 has a long side surface portion 41 and upper and lower gripping portions 42 and 43, and has a generally U-shaped side surface. Usually the upper grip part 42 has an abbreviated shape on the side.
and a lower grip part 43 of the same shape are attached by bolts V and integrated. Moreover, the upper grip part 4 can adjust the vertical distance between the upper grip part 42 and the lower grip part 43 according to the thickness of the floor panel 3.
2 or the lower grip part 43 is formed into a vertically elongated hole, and the width can be adjusted in a sliding manner.

An abutting piece 45 is attached to the box-shaped bulge 44 and the upper grip 42, and similarly the box-shaped bulge 4
4 and the lower grip part 43, another contact piece 46 is attached. That is, an abutment piece 45 and another abutment piece 46 are provided above and below the box-shaped bulge 44 in the center. Further, the abutment piece 45 abuts the outer flange 23 of the embedded metal fitting 2 of the upper floor wall panel, and the other abutment piece 46 abuts the outer flange 23 of the embedded metal fitting 2 of the lower floor wall panel. For this purpose, a bolt hole 47 is formed in the contact piece 45, and a guide pin 48 is provided protruding near the bolt hole 47.

The above-mentioned joining hardware 4 is usually formed in a long shape according to the length of each frame 31, 32 of the upper floor panel 3, but it is not necessary to use a part where the frames 31 and 32 are substantially orthogonal, for example, a corner of a building. In the inside corner portion, as shown in FIG. 10, a joining metal fitting in which joining metal fittings 4a and 4b are integrally orthogonally crossed is used. As a result, the entire peripheries of the upper and lower floor wall panels and the upper floor panel are joined together in the same manner as described above.
