Abstract

This femoral element is of the type comprising a shaft (2) which is intended to be anchored and, if appropriate, embedded in the medullary cavity of a resected femur, and supporting a cervical part (3) which simulates the anatomical neck of the femur and comprises a conical support (4) intended to receive and to hold a spherical head (5) simulating the head of the femur. The cervical part (3) is integral with a shoulder (3a) which is fixed, in a removable manner and with the desired angular adjustment, to the proximal end (2a) of the shaft (2).
