Abstract

Loose-leaf binder of the type comprising a curved-pin mechanism and sides formed by two covers hinged together. The spine (11) of the binder is a middle part (12) made of rigid material and provided with flexible edges (13) which extend along each side of the binder virtually as far as the hinge (3) between the covers (1,2) forming the two sides, the extremity of these edges forming a line of attachment of the spine to the sides of the binder.

L'invention concerne les reliures pour feuillets mobiles du type comportant un mecanisme à broches courbes. The invention relates to binders for loose sheets of the type comprising a mechanism with curved pins.

Ces reliures sont extérieurement constituées par deux côtés rigides solidarises par un dos souple. Claims

1.- Loose-leaf binding of the type comprising a mechanism with curved pins and sides formed by two flaps hinged together, characterized in that the back (11) of the binding consists of a middle part (12) made of rigid material provided with flexible edges (13) which extend on each side of the binding practically up to the articulation (3) between the flaps (1, 2) on both sides, the end of these edges forming a line for fixing the back to sides of binding.

2.- Binding according to claim 1 cractérisée in that the flexible edges 13 extend at least to the middle of the height of the flaps (2) carrying the mechanism (5, 6, 7 - 8, 6, 7).

3.- Binding according to claim 1 or 2 characterized in that the back (11) is made in one piece by a flexible sheet covering the sides, a rigid plate being fixed on this flexible sheet at the location of the rigid part (12).
