La présente invention a trait à un perfectionnement aux dispositifs de levage par treuil a câble, du type comprenant au moins une poulie entre la charge et ledit treuil ; elle concerne également un engin de levage et de manipulation de bordures de trottoirs notamment, appelé couramment pose-bordures, et qui est muni d'un tel dispositif de levage.
