Abstract

Device for thermally bonding a nonwoven fabric to three-litre and four-litre (by way of example) containers used in nurseries and horticulture. The invention consists of a device for bonding a nonwoven fabric onto containers in order to prevent the proliferation and development of weeds competing against the growth of the young plants. The apparatus consists of a studded chain, the stepwise advancement of which brings a pot to four different stations: P1 - bonding, P2 - cutting into a cross, P3 - cutting square, P4 - trimming the container. This method is intended for nurseries and horticulture.

L'appareil de thermocollage comporte une chaine à taquets avançant au pas par pas de 24 cm (distance entre 2 taquets) correspondant aux possibilités de réglage pour des containers de 3 litres et 4 litres; ce réglage étant donné par un détecteur de proximité sans contact.
