Abstract

Apparatus for removing hair, characterised in that the member intended for this operation consists of a plurality of blades (1), which are uniformly spaced, one of the edges of which is held in the vicinity of the skin, means being provided for, alternately, applying the edges of two adjacent blades against each other. Each blade (1) has a tail (7a-7b) which forms the control member of the blade, the tails (7a) of the odd blades being guided in a slide (2a) and those (7b) of the even blades being guided in a slide (2b), means being provided in order, alternately, to displace the slides in a direction perpendicular to the plane of the blades.
