La présente invention concerne une plaque intercalaire pour le rangement, sur palette ou éventuellement dans une caisse ou un carton, de bobines textiles, notamment de bobines de filature ladite plaque étant percée de trous faisant office de logements pour les mandrins desdites bobines.COMPOUND SPACER FOR TEXTILE COILS

Une bobine textile est réalisée par enroulement d'un fil sur un mandrin lors de l'opération de filature. Les bobines textiles sont placées sur des palettes pour être stockées ou transportées dans un autre lieu vers une opération suivante, par exemple la teinture, le tissage ou le tricotage. Le rangement des bobines et leur empilement en plusieurs niveaux sur la palette est obtenu à l'aide d'intercalaires , qui sont des plaques rigides , percées de trous de logement pour les mandrins des bobines. Ces intercalaires sont réalisés en carton ondulé ; ce matériau présente l'avantage d'assurer une bonne rigidité , de pouvoir atteindre une épaisseur qui doit être suffisante pour que les extrémités des mandrins d'une bobine inférieure et d'une bobine supérieure soient maintenues,et d'être d'un coût raisonnable. En premier lieu, les palettes sont souvent lors de leur passage dans les ateliers à proximité immédiate des machines, avec des risques certains d'être en contact avec l'huile qui est nécessaire au fonctionnement de ces machines. L'huile migre dans le carton constitutif des intercalaires et vient éventuellement salir les fils qui sont enroulés sur les bobines en place. En second lieu en particulier lors du retour des intercalaires , après que les bobines ont été enlevées, il arrive que des intercalaires subissent des chocs qui provoquent un écrasement irréversible du carton ondulé.
