Abstract

This ball-point pen comprising a tubular body 2 enclosing a translationally movable cartridge 4 interacting at one end with a cam 10 formed on the frontmost part of a control member 12 that rotates inside the tubular body. This member comprises a groove 16 in which there engages a securing part 18 formed on a plastic clip 20 and which prevents the member 12 from undergoing axial translational movement. The clip has a T-sectioned groove which engages with a tenon 26 of complementary shape projecting from the tubular body 2.

Claims

1. Ballpoint pen of the type comprising a tubular body (2) in which is slidably mounted a cartridge (4) movable between an extension position and a retracted position, one end of which cooperates with a surface (10) with cam profile which is formed on the front part of a control member (12) mounted to rotate on the tubular body (2) around the longitudinal axis (A) of the latter, characterized in that said control member (12) has an annular groove (16) attacked by an anchoring part (18) formed in a plastic clip (20) which is fixed to the tubular body (2) so as to oppose the movement of said control member (12 ) along the longitudinal axis (A) of the tubular body (2), said clip (20) having a cavity (26) having in cross section a substantially T-shaped profile, which establishes a form coupling with a pin (26) corresponding shape which protrudes from the outer surface of the tubular body (2 ).

2. Ballpoint pen according to claim 1, characterized in that said clip (20) has a flat front surface (30) in which is formed a hollow housing (32) provided with at least one through hole (34) in which engages a respective lug (36) carried by a plate (38) which engages in said housing (32) of the clip (20); said lug (36) being arranged below said tenon (26) of the tubular body (2) so as to prevent the clip (20) from rising.

3. Ballpoint pen according to claim 2, charac terized in that the plate (38) is provided with two lugs (26) which are arranged respectively above and below the tenon (26) of the tubular body (2) .
