Abstract

Shelter arrangement for pedestrians, which comprises a light-weight structure 1 with an entrance 5 and an exit 6 and which is arranged set-back on a pavement 7 facing a pedestrian crossing 8, the said pavement being bordered by a railing 10, 11 connected to the shelter 1, with a gate 27, 28 interposed, the exit 6 being closed by a movable barrier 13, 14 which is connected to means for automatically controlling its operation from a traffic light 30.
