Abstract

The invention relates to a device for a seatbelt on motorists. It consists of a receiver casing 1 in which is fixed a pressure contact 2 connected to earth 3 and of a catch 4 which is the movable part of the belt. The output from the contact 2 is connected to the earth of the relay 5, the relay 5 is connected to the positive terminal of the contact 6, the starter 7 is connected to the positive which is the output from the relay 5, 8 being the energy source (battery). The device according to the invention is particularly intended for the safety of car drivers and their passengers.
