A cet effet l'invention présente permet de résoudre tous ces problèmes.Elle se compose d'au moins un boitier portatif destiné au contrôle, émetteur-récepteur de signaux codés selon un algorythme complexe ni prévisible, ni reproductible et d'une pluralité de boitiers embarqués integrant une carte prépayée pouvant etre de type bi-puce. L 'utIlIsateur connecte son boitier embarqué lorsqu'il laisse son véhicule en stationnement et mémorise les paramètres lies à ce stationnement.
