Abstract
Un faisceau d'électrons 11, de section sensiblement égale à la surface d'un pixel 25 réalisé dans un matériau à fort pouvoir émissif dans l'infrarouge, bombarde directement ce matériau. L'énergie du faisceau 11 est transformée en chaleur, puis en rayonnement infrarouge, dans le matériau. Chaque pixel 25 est supporté par un pavé 24, en matériau transparent aux infrarouges, isolant thermique et déposé sur un écran 21 transparent aux infrarouges et conducteur thermique. L'invention permet la production d'images infrarouge de grande dynamique pour les essais des systèmes d'imagerie infrarouge.
