Abstract

The invention relates to an electrical convector. The devices comprises a carcase of prismatic shape constituted by two halves, 3, 4 coupled around their periphery and is provided with an air inlet 7 at its bottom and with an air outlet 6 with a deflector 11, and also with an internal resistance element 8. It is characterised in that inside the carcase there is a fan 9 producing a forced convection of heated air through an auxiliary grid 14 disposed on the frontal part 3 of the carcase.

Claims

10 Electric convector (1) comprising a straight rectangular prismatic carcass, consisting of two halves (2, 3) which can be coupled around their periphery, and into which the air enters through openings (7) provided at the bottom, is heated by an internal resistance (8) and exits under the effect of natural convection by a grid (6) located at the top of the front half (3), said front half comprising a control panel (13), characterized by the fact that, on the one hand, inside the carcass (2;; 3), above the resistance (8) is disposed a support (10) integral with said carcass, - on which is mounted a turbine (9) forcing the exit of part of the heated air through an auxiliary grid (14) disposed on the front part of the carcass, and that, on the other hand, inside said carcass is arranged in the upper part an inclined deflector (11) isolating the extreme upper part (12) from the co nvector and directing the hot air towards the upper outlet grille (6).
