Abstract

This is the establishment, between the floor 10 and the ceiling 11 of any room, in line with a sole 29 previously attached to the floor 10, a partition panel 12 whose core 15 is likely to be at least partly bald on its edge. According to the invention, a U-shaped section is chosen for the sole, the partition panel 12 is brought laterally, inclined or lying down, in contact with this sole 29, by a slice on which its core has been at least partially stripped beforehand, and it is straightened vertically until, spanning the relevant wing of the sole 29, it is established partly inside this sole 29 and partly outside the latter.   The present invention relates generally to the establishment, between the floor and the ceiling, of a partition panel, with a view, for example, to the construction of a partition wall. a partition by end-to-end such partition panels, and it is more particularly the case where the partition panel or panels and to implement are partition panels whose core is likely to be at least partly

  Such a process is satisfactory, but, in addition to the risk of bursting, their installation, the sole, the guide rail, and keys, wood, and implemented, it has the disadvantage of requiring relatively delicate handling and relatively painful, partition panels to ask, these partition panels to be worn at arm's length for their engagement on the guide rail on the ceiling and their installation on the sole

  More specifically, it firstly relates to a method for the establishment, between floor and ceiling, of a partition panel whose core is likely to be at least partially unscaled on its edge, the the type according to which, a soleplate being previously attached to the ground, said partition panel is raised to the right of said soleplate, this method being generally characterized in that, having chosen for sole a profile having generally a cross section in U, with a median part and two lateral wings, is brought laterally the wall panel, inclined or lying, in contact with one of the wings of this sole, by a slice of the partition panel on which the donkey was previously partly cleared, and it is raised vertically until, spanning the concerned wing of said sole, it is established partly inside this sole and partly outside of it. this; it is still for the purpose of

  This sole also providing a relatively significant mechanical resistance to the foot of these partition panels, the overall strength of these is advantageously increased in proportions that can reach 25% in practice, and it is all the more so that this sole is advantageous for a screwing, rather than a simple nailing,

of these partition panels.

  The removal of keys at the foot of these partition panels allows a corollary to create between them and the sole with which it engages a vacuum of construction, which, if desired, can be used for the passage of electrical cables or any other pipes. Current, unlike the anterior keys, along the entire length of the partition panels it concerns, the sole implemented according to the invention also improves the seal between these partition panels and the underlying ground, to the benefit of acoustic performance. Preferably, the soleplate implemented next

  Any risk of bursting with the implementation is thus discarded, for the benefit of a greater reliability in the fixing of the partition panels concerned and

  A sole and metal or synthetic material is also less sensitive to moisture than a wooden sole, any risk of subsequent deformation by swelling is discarded, to the benefit of the durability, again, the appearance and of the regularity of the whole, without it being necessary, for that purpose, to provide, as is the case to date, between the sole and the ground, any other sole capable of isolating from the ground the previous one and to

thus protect it from moisture.

  In short, the soleplate used according to the invention facilitates and simplifies the installation of the partition panels to be laid, it makes it possible to reduce the number of elements necessary for this installation, and it leads to a better quality of presentation and increased mechanical strength for partition panels

so laid.

As illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2, it is generally a question of establishing, between the floor 10 and the ceiling 11 of any room, at least one partition panel 12, and, for example, example, and as shown, of an alignment of such partition panels 12, for the constitution of a partition 13 extending in counting to count

two cover plates 17.

  It is then proceeded to partial stripping of the core 15 of these partition panels 12, on their upper edge, over the entire length of this slice, on their lower edge, at the ends thereof, and, place in place, on their side slices. Armed at arm's length, each partition panel 12 is then erected vertically to the right of the sole 19, after a prior oblique engagement of its edge.

example by folding.

  Its rib 32 is then simply formed by a

  simple local deformation of its middle part 30.

  Anyway, by construction, it is ensured that, measured at the foot of this rib 32, the distance D1 separating it from the nearest lateral wing 31 is substantially equal to the thickness D2 of the plates of

  covering 17 of partition panels 12 to be laid.

  Together, it is ensured that, measured under the same conditions, the distance D3 separating from the other lateral wing 31 the flank of the rib 32 facing the preceding wing 31 is less than the distance D4 separating, internally, the one of the other, these two plates

coating 17.

  It is ensured, finally, that the height H of the lateral wings 31 is less than the distance D5 separating the internal face of a facing plate 17 from the face

external of the other.

  However, for the establishment, between the floor 10 and the ceiling 11, partition panels 12 to ask, it is

  As illustrated by the arrow F in FIG. 5A, the partition panel 12 is then vertically upright in the course of laying, by rotation of the latter around its support on the soleplate 29, this support being then by the inner edge of that of its covering plates 17 which is furthest from the rib 32 of the sole 29, until, spanning, after having bypassed, the lateral wing 31 concerned of this sole of support 29, this partition panel 12 is established partly inside this soleplate 29, by one of its covering plates 17 and its core 15, and partly outside thereof, by its other cover plate 17, as shown in

Figure 5B.

  As will be understood, because of the obliqueness of the flank of the rib 32 of the sole 29 turned towards the lateral flange 31 of the latter, that of the facing plates 17 of such a panel of partition '12 which engages between this rib 32 and this side wing 31 is guided towards the latter, until it comes into application against it at the end of the recovery to the

  vertical of this partition panel 12.

  The lateral flange 31 of the sole 29 against which the wall panel 12 during laying is then applied advantageously serves as a reference for its implantation, and therefore for its alignment with the others.

  As before, after the verticalization of each of these partition panels 12, it is proceeded to slide along the sole 29, to bring them to

their final position.

  With regard to the first partition panel 12, and as before, it is proceeded to its commitment, by its side edge concerned, on a key 34 previously fixed for this purpose on the wall 14, after a proper stripping of its core 15 on this side slice. But, according to the invention, and as is best seen in Figure 4, the key 34 is also a profile having generally a U-shaped cross section, with a middle portion 35 and two lateral wings 36, and made of

preferably metal.

  In their current part, the lateral wings 36, which have the same height, extend substantially perpendicularly to the medial portion 35, but at their ends, they are close to each other, to facilitate engagement, on they, of a partition panel 12. It is, of course, by its middle part 35, that 'the

  key 34 is attached to the wall 14.

  For the first partition panel 12, it is also implemented a key 34 on the ceiling 11,

  at the connection of the wall 14 with it.

  The same goes for the other partition panels

12, at their junctions.

  Thus, the previous continuous guide rail 20 is, according to the invention, replaced by keys 34

  installed from place to place on the ceiling 11.

  As previously, keys 34 are also arranged from place to place on the height of the

  partition panels 12, for their connection.

  But it is the same keys as before, so that, according to the invention, a single type of accessory, the key 34, suffices for all

  necessary connections, in addition to the sole 29.

  The fastening of the partition panels 12 to the sole 29 is made, from place to place, by screwing, it being understood, however, that, when, as in this case, this sole 29 has a rib 32 itself already clean by itself to ensure a sufficient holding by cooperation with the side wing 31 nearest, this solidarity by

screwing is not essential.

  Given the increased mechanical strength provided to the assembly by the sole 29, it is not essential, either, to ensure a solidarization of

  partition panels 12 with keys 34.

  If, however, this joining is practiced,

  it is also ensured by screwing.

  In the embodiment variant illustrated by the

  Figure 6, the sole 29 is made of synthetic material.

  Its rib 32 is then for example massive, as shown. In the embodiment variant shown in FIG. 7, the median portion 30 of the sole 29 extends, on one side of its rib 32, to a level greater than that

  to which it extends on the other side of it.

  In practice, it is so on the side of the rib 32

  turned towards the nearest lateral wing 31.

  In other words, on the side of this lateral flange 31, the middle portion 30 then forms an elevation relative to

  at the base of this lateral wing 31, a heel 38.

  However, in view of the foregoing, it is on this heel 38 that the partition panels 12

  have been erected vertically to the right of the sole 29.

  As a result, these partition panels 12 are then raised above the ground 10, and thus isolated from it, they are advantageously subtracted from

  effects of moisture possibly affecting this soil 10.

  In the embodiment shown in FIG. 7, only the flank of the rib 32 facing the nearest lateral wing 31 is oblique on the median part, the other side of this rib 32 being on the other hand straight, in extending substantially perpendicular to

this middle part 30.

  Of course, and as before, both flanks of the rib 32 could be oblique on the

middle part 30.

  This rib 32 may also have

  cross sections very diverse.

  For example, Figure 8, its cross section is

  curve, and for example semicircular.

  As a variant, FIGS. 9 to 12, it is generally quadrangular, one and the other of its flanks being straight, ie these flanks are spaced apart from one another, as is the case in FIGS. at 11, with, for example, a flat top surface, FIG. 9, curve, FIG. 10, or facet, FIG. 11, or that they are substantially contiguous with each other, as is the case in FIG.

  In the foregoing, it has been assumed that the rib 32 extends longitudinally along the entire length of the

sole 29.

  But, in reality, this is not imperative, this rib 32 can only intervene locally, and by

example of place in place.

  This is the case in the variant embodiment

illustrated in Figure 17.

  In this variant embodiment, the rib 32 is in fact formed by a simple tongue coming from the part

  median 30 by a simple puncture 40 of it.

  In the foregoing, too, it has not been foreseen

only one rib 32.

  But, alternatively, the sole 29 may equally well comprise, parallel to each other at a distance from one another, at least two ribs 32 projecting on its part.

suitably arranged.

  It follows from the foregoing that in the embodiments shown, the sole 29 has no plan

longitudinal symmetry.

  But it would not be outside the scope of the present invention by giving this sole 29 a longitudinal plane of symmetry, or its ribs 32 extending

  then symmetrically on both sides of it.

  Nor would we depart from the scope of the present invention by removing any rib, as is the case

  in the embodiment shown in Figure 19.

  Indeed, even in this case, the implementation of the

  method according to the invention remains possible.

  But it is then imperative to fasten by screwing the partition panels 12 to the sole 29 and

devoid of rib.

  In the embodiments shown in Figures 7 to 19, the sole 29 is assumed to be made of metal, as was already the case for the form of

  embodiment shown in Figures 1 to 5.

  But it goes without saying that they can just as easily be made of synthetic material, as is the case

  in the embodiment shown in Figure 6.

  It is the same for the keys 34 implemented. The present invention is not limited to the embodiments described and shown, but encompasses any variant embodiment and / or combination of their

various elements.

Claims (14)

REVENDI CATTONS   1. A method for the establishment, between floor and ceiling, of a partition panel (12) whose core (15) is likely to be at least partially recessed on its edge, the kind according to which, a sole (29) being previously attached to the ground, said partition panel (12) is raised to the right of said sole (29), characterized in that, having chosen for sole (29) a profile generally having a U-shaped cross section, with a median part (30) and two lateral wings (31), the partition panel (12), inclined or lying down, is laterally brought into contact with one of the lateral wings (31) of this sole (29), by a slice of this partition panel (12) on which the core (15) has been previously at least partly cleared, and is raised vertically until, spanning the lateral flange (31) concerned of said sole (29), it settles partly inside   this sole (29) and partly outside thereof.   2.
