Abstract

Manufacture of cigars and small cigars from natural light tobaccos, which widens the market for the cigar, and especially for the small cigar, by adding to it new pleasantness and fewer drawbacks. The introduction of a filter collar or a filter adaptor for some categories will further reduce their harmful effects. Categories will be manufactured using denicotinised light tobacco. The choice of light tobaccos and mixtures is important. For all categories, there will be a core of rolled or chopped leaves, or scraps, a covering of light tobacco leaves or a covering of dark tobacco leaves. There may or may not be a filter collar or a filter adaptor. Luxury presentations for the popularised presentations which are within the price range of everyone will make it possible to replace cigarettes, which are more harmful. The filter collar and filter adaptor can be used for all categories of cigarettes.

CIGARS AND SMALL CIGARS OR BLONDE CIGARILLOS.

 The present invention consists in the manufacture of cigars and little cigars from real tobacco-blondes, both for the wrap-around leaf dress and for the tripe (rolled, chopped or waste blond tobacco leaves), and also to add thereto or not, either a short filter ring of 1cm, 1.5cm from the end of the cigar or cigarillos, or a filter tip pleasant to grip like a pipe spout.

 The filter will be similar to that of cigarettes but shorter.

 The manufacturing of this invention enters the field of tobacco and cigarette factories, by the manufacturing technique and the raw material.

 The use of real blond tobacco, in the manufacture of little cigars in particular, will widen the market by bringing a new pleasure to people for whom, smoking without excess is a stimulant in life. In addition, the smoke of these blond cigars and cigarillos will be better tolerated by those around them than the smoke of brown tobacco, unpleasant to smell for many, especially in a co-refined atmosphere.

 The purpose of this invention is therefore to add additional pleasure to amateurs while reducing social nuisance.

 Adding a filter ring or filter tip will further reduce the harmfulness of tobacco.

 The filter ring of about 1cm will therefore be included 1.5cm from the end of the cigar, and will keep the approval of the train station on your lips. This ring will either be discreet under the wrapping sheet, or be marked decoratively on the surface.

 The filter tip will have a studied shape similar to that, well known, of pipe spouts, or already used tips to which a short filter would have been added.

 It will therefore be important to offer certain products in presentations more popularized by packaging similar to cigarette packs, and at prices approaching that of cigarettes to make them accessible to all.

 The other presentations will be the same as the already well varied presentations of the many existing products, by 5, 10, 20 or more for gift presentations or heavy smokers, but highlighting the characteristic of the product in real blond tobacco.

 Trying to suppress smoking, for medical or other reasons, seems illusory in a democracy, and would bring great frustration to those who already have enough.

It is worth having the idea of looking for a new product, little harmful in
better moderate consumption, and bringing help to the balance of the person, and thereby to society.

 The filter ring may be introduced mainly in small cigars and cigarillos, and particularly with tripe of cut leaves or waste. A sheet-lining can then reinforce the holding of the ring before the dress.
