Bekanntlich haben Virginier, Brissagos und andere dänne Zigarren einen sie der Länge nach verlaufenden Luftkanal, in wel chem. ein Halm von Stroh, Binsen und der gleichen liegt, der einerends aus einem im Tabak teilweise sitzenden Mundstückröhr- ehen aus Stroh oder Gänsekiel hervorragt. Vor Anzünden der Zigarre wird der Halm an diesem Ende erfasst und herausgezogen.
Nun kann man aber in den meisten Fällen, besonders wenn das Mundstückröhrchen und der Halm beide aus Pflanzenstoff sind, diese Teile schlecht voneinander unterscheiden, so dass vielfach das Mundstückröhrchen luit herausgezogen wird.
Dies soll der Halm nach vorliegender Er findung vermeiden. Bei demselben ist min destens der Teil, welcher bestimmt ist, aus dem Mundstückröhrchen vorzustehen, ge färbt. Man kann so erzielen, dass er sich rasch und leicht vom Mundstückröhrchen unter- seheiden lässt.
In der Zeichnung ist der Gegenstand der Erfindung in einem Ausführungsbeispiel dargestellt" und es zeigt: Fig. <B>1</B> denselben in einer Virginia, Fig. 2 denselben ausserhalb derselben. Es ist<B>1</B> der Tabakkörper der Virginia, der einen Luftkanal 2, besitzt, in welchem der Halm<B>3</B> liegt. An dem sich verjüngen den Ende 4 der Virginia ist ein Mundstück- röhrehen <B>5,</B> meistens Stroh, so bei der Her stellung der Virginia miteingewiehelt, dass es zum Teil aus dem Tabakkörper vorsteht.
Aus diesem Teil des Mundstückröhrellens <B>5</B> steht der zum Herausziehen zu erfassende Teil<B>6</B> des Halmes<B>3</B> vor. Dieser Teil<B>6</B> ist nun auf irgend eine Weise gefärbt, zum Bei spiel rot, so da3 er scharf gegen das, un gefärbte Mundstückröhrehen <B>5</B> absticht. Die Färbung kann durch irgend eine unschäd liche Farbe erzielt werden. Es könnte auch der ganze Halm gefärbt sein. In diesem Falle könnte man eine Farbflüssigkeit verwen den, die den Halm gleichzeitig elastisch hält oder konserviert.

It is well known that Virginians, Brissagos and other thin cigars have an air duct running lengthways in which they are chem. a stalk of straw, rushes and the like is lying, which protrudes at one end from a mouthpiece tube made of straw or goose quill partly in the tobacco. Before lighting the cigar, the stalk is grasped at this end and pulled out.
In most cases, however, especially when the mouthpiece tube and the stalk are both made of vegetable matter, it is difficult to distinguish these parts from one another, so that the mouthpiece tube is often pulled out luit.
This should avoid the stalk according to the present invention. The same is at least the part which is intended to protrude from the mouthpiece tube, colored. It can be achieved in such a way that it can be quickly and easily hidden from the mouthpiece tube.
In the drawing, the subject matter of the invention is shown in an exemplary embodiment and it shows: FIG. 1 the same in a Virginia, FIG. 2 the same outside the same. It is <B> 1 </B> the Virginia tobacco body, which has an air channel 2 in which the stalk <B> 3 </B> lies.
