Abstract

The invention relates to a closure for a door or window bay. This closure is characterised in that it consists of a rectangular frame 5 arranged in a first plane totally covering a second plane comprising the said bay, the said frame consisting of at least two horizontal crosspieces 6a, 6b braced by at least two symmetrical posts 7a, 7b, the said crosspieces and the said posts being accommodated in the body of the wall 1 comprising the said bay and in the extension of at least one side of the said bay, the said frame additionally comprising means 9 for linear displacement of the closure means 8a, 8b. The invention also relates to a method for producing a prefabricated wall comprising a bay equipped with such a closure, and which consists in forming a seat, intended for the abovementioned frame, in the body of the wall 1 around the pocket of the abovementioned bay.
