Abstract

Assembly for producing tables capable of being extended by means of modules, characterised in that the legs consist of elements 1-1a comprising two legs 3 connected by a bar 6, each leg comprising on two opposite faces, situated in a plane perpendicular to the bar, a socket 7, the said assembly additionally comprising crosspieces 2 provided at each end with a stud 10 designed to fit in a corresponding socket 7 and having a conjugate shape corresponding to the said socket 7, the panel 19 comprising on its lower surface projections 20 which are designed to engage in the surround of the table formed by the crosspieces 2 and the bars 6.

L'assemblage, selon l'invention, vise la réaiisation de tables comprenant des pieds et un plateau, ledit assemblage étant caractérisé en ce que les pieds sont constitués d'éléments comprenant deux pieds reliés par une barrette, chaque pied comportant sur deux faces opposées situées dans un plan perpendiculaire à la barrette un manchon formé d'une plaque pliée en U pour présenter deux ailes et une âme, les bords libres des ailes étant solidaires des faces correspondantes des pieds, tandis que la distance séparant l'âme de la face correspondante des pieds est supérieure à l'extrémité supérieure du manchon tourné vers l'extrémité supérieure des pieds à la distance séparant la face correspondante des pieds à l'extrémité du manchon tournée vers ltextrémité inférieure des pieds, ledit assemblage comprenant, de plus, des entretoises pourvues à chaque extrémité d'un tenon destiné à s'insérer dans un manchon correspondant et, présentant une forme conjuguée correspondant audit manchon, le plateau comportant sur sa face inférieure des saillies destinées à s'emboîter dans la ceinture de la table formée par les entretoises et les barrettes.
