Abstract

Cadres ajustables et modulables pour la fabrication de portails. Le cadre est constitué de deux ou plusieurs éléments, l'un femelle pouvant être raccourci, l'autre mâle venant s'ajuster par emboîtement, ce qui permet à partir de deux ou trois dimensions standard de disposer d'un produit semi-fini prêt à l'usage en quelques minutes.

DESCRIPTION
La présente invention concerne la conception de cadres ajustables et nodulables destinés à la fabrication de portillons portes ou portails.
La fabrication des cadres de portes portillons ou portails est rarement standard, ce qui implique dans la plupart des cas, des cadres sur mesure réalisés dans des ateliers spécialisés, ce qui entraine un délai assez long ou alors sont fabriqués à partir d'éléments disparatres que l'on trouve dans.
les grandes quincailleries ou chez des fabriquants spécialisés dans la fabrication d'accessoires; ce type de fabrication est souvent long et imprécis.
La fabrication de cadres ajustables et modulables éviterait des inconvénients et surtout permettrait la création d'un stock sans tenir compte des mesures des cadres futurs, limitant ainsi les délais.
Les cadres sont fabriqués en une seule mesure, ou avec quelques types de base, ils seront éventuellement constitués pour chaque vantail de deux ou plusieurs cadres ou éléments de cadre ; l'un femelle pouvant être racourçi, l'autre mâle venant,après la coupe s'ajuster par emboitement :figures 1-2
Le cadre est constitué de tubes métalliques (aluminium acier ou tout autre métal) il est destiné à recevoir la garniture souhaitée (planches ou barreaux) plastique, bois métal qui sera vissée à travers le cadre
Le cadre peut comporter une rainure ou réservation destinée à recevoir un profil pour la fixation des planches : figure 3 ce profil êut être en matériau identique au cadre ou en tout autre matériau, par exemple plastique ou bois.
Ce cadre peut également comporter une rainure dans les profils haut et bas, dans laquelle viendront se posiionner des taquets fixés par une goupille ou une clavette, soit mise en force ou bloquée par un boulon. La rainure peut être mâle ou femelle

REVENDICATIONS
1) Cadres ajustables et modulables destinés à la fabrication de portails et portillons, caractérisé par deux ou plusieurs demicadres ou éléments de cadres, l'un femelle (1) pouvant être raccourci, l'autre mâle (2) venant s'ajuster par emboitement 2) dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé par une rainure dans les profils haut et bas du cadre, destiné à la fixation de planches ou barreaux d'habillage( 3) 3) dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé par une rainure dans les profils haut et bas, dans laquelle viennent se positionner des taquets fixés par une goupille ou une clavette, soit mise en force ou bloquée par un boulon(C)la rainure peut être mâle ou femelle.
