Abstract

This invention relates to a hat (bonnet) or hood made from textile material, fitting over a person's head and including a screen or spectacles made from transparent material. The hat (bonnet) made from textile material 1 includes a scarf 2 which comprises at least one opening or notch allowing space for at least one screen or pair of spectacles made from flexible or rigid transparent material 3. The ends of the scarf are knotted behind the head or cross over at that point in order to be wound around the neck. The present invention is intended particularly for protecting the head, eyes, ears and neck of a person.

Description

Bonnet avec lunettes incorporées. Hat with incorporated glasses.

The present invention consists of a cap comprising at least one screen or glasses.

It is well known, in particular for skiers, that a conventional cap is not enough to adequately protect the head, and that it is advisable to wear in addition a screen or pair of glasses.

Also when the hat is not a hood, a scarf is necessary to protect the throat. This makes three separate articles that the skier must always carry with him in the cold weather, and that he does not always know where to place after having removed them during the hot hours of the day.

The present invention allows these three objects to be brought together in a single practical article.

According to a preferred embodiment, the ietion consists of a bonnet or hood made of textile material encasing the head of a person, to which is fixed by sewing, stapling gluing, casing or other fastening system known to this gold, to the minus a scarf. This scarf comprises at least one screen or goggles made of flexible or rigid transparent material assembled to said scarf by gluing, sewing, stapling or other assembly means known to date. The two ends of the scarf are tied behind the head by a knot executed by the person, or cross behind the head to come back to become tangled around the neck. The scarf, which can be a skirt covering only part or the the entire face, by its flexible material or by means of a joint, can be folded up to be placed on the person's head. The scarf is assembled with the hat at the level of the screen or glasses, or then offset relative to these. According to another materialization, the screen or glasses are directly assembled to the cap, with or without the intermediary of a joint, and two scarves are assembled on each of the two lateral sides of the screen or glasses. Another materialization of the invention consists of a hat or hood on which is assembled a screen or glasses, the scarf having only a reduced utility no longer appears and becomes the
bonnet, or else it is assembled to the bonnet but no longer comprises the glasses or the screen. The bonnet can comprise at least one opening or notch where the glasses or the screen take place. In all cases, the screen can be a sun visor leaving at least a part of the person's vision field, free.

According to a new variant, the hat or at least one end of the scarf comprises at least one hosiery button or other fastening system known to date in order to ensure its coupling with the other end of the scarf which comprises a slit. Alternatively, the hat or (and) the scarf is (are) leather.

il est entendu que les matérialisations de l'invention sont données à titre d'exemple, et que ni la forme du bonnet, des lunettes, de l'écharpe, ou l'agencement et la combinaison de ces trois éléments ne sortiront du cadre de l'invention. it is understood that the embodiments of the invention are given by way of example, and that neither the shape of the hat, the glasses, the scarf, or the arrangement and the combination of these three elements will depart from the scope of the invention.

Figure 1 shows the invention applied to the head of a human and seen in profile. We distinguish the hat (1) which includes the scarf (2) comrnrenant of an opening or takes place the screen (3).

Figure 2 shows a front view of a variant of the invention where we distinguish that two scarves (2) are assembled to each of the lateral sides of the screen (3) which is itself directly assembled on the cap (1).

FIG. 3 shows a side view of another variant of the invention in which it can be seen that the screen (3) is directly assembled to the cap (1), the scarf not appearing distinctly because it is the hat (1).

The present invention is particularly intended to protect the head, ears, eyes and neck of a human.
