Abstract

The apparatus comprises: a support plate 1 having a geometrical shape, particularly the shape of a heart, whose upper face serves as a bearing surface for the user's feet, this support 1 including a single central opening 1' arranged horizontally for its positioning on a body 2 of ovoid or round shape which it straddles at approximately two thirds of the way from its base, the said body 2 including means for receiving the support 1. A shoulder 1' serves for retention. The object of the present invention is to make a contribution in a functional manner to balance and suppleness conditioning for all sports in general.

Description

 The invention relates to an apparatus for balance exercise and body massage.

 It relates to an apparatus making it possible to obtain for its user a static benefit of the spine by improving and softening the joints, promoting podoreflexology, providing a beneficial effect on the health of the organism.

 According to the invention, such use is necessary in order to rebalance all the tensions of the body, by bringing the notion of balance essential to regain its center of gravity by the position of the skeleton, by obtaining a correction of the whole body.

 The present invention aims to provide a simple device for maintaining the body in a functional way to the condition of balance and flexibility of all sports in general.

The advantages of the present invention will emerge from the following description and from the embodiments made in relation to the attached figures, among which:
Figure 1 shows the apparatus of the present invention seen in section.

 Figure 2 shows the same device seen from above.

 FIG. 3 represents an overall perspective view of the device and of a standing user.

As shown schematically in the drawing, the apparatus of the present invention comprises:
A support (1) having an elliptical central opening (1 ')
This support (1) being positioned on an ovoid or round body (2) with flexible wall, the ovoid or round body (2) with flexible wall, must have means for receiving the support (1).

 According to one embodiment, these means consist of a shoulder (2 '), this is located at two thirds of the body (2) so as to overlap the lower central part (1') of the support (1).

 These means can also be formed by a groove or a notch.

 The support (1) is shaped according to a geometrical figure and preferably in the shape of a heart, with a surface sufficient to easily accommodate the two feet of the user with locations (4) and (5) for the latter.

 These locations (4) and (5) are covered with flexible plastic pads of curved shape, favoring the massage of the arch and also ensuring the grip of the feet of the user.

 These pads have I-shaped profiles attached to the upper face of the support (1).

 The skates can be fitted with toe clips.

 According to a variant, a ball forming a level of appreciation (6) placed on the front part of the support (1) gives rise according to the movements and aptitudes of the user to determine its stability of equilibrium in correspondence with the support (1 ).

 According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the support (1) rests on an inflatable body (2). This body (2) is produced from an ovoid or round balloon comprising an inflation valve (3); this body can also be made from a block of foam of a certain rigidity, having the same shoulder characteristics (2 ') allowing the installation of the support (1).

 During the wandering which takes place around the center of the inflatable body (2), the latter deforms by its elastic means, flattening out while being rounded as a function of the movements, front, rear and sides.

 The support is made of wood, or hard plastic, or aluminum.

 Several methods of manufacturing the support for the device can be implemented, either by gluing in the form of two sheets of plywood of wood on which a plastic sheet (5) is attached to the shape of the support glued, hot, or cold; either by a process of injection of synthetic foam, between two metal or wood sheets, or by molding of any other plastic material or fiber of vere with creations of ribs ensuring a sufficient rigidity, or still by molding or stamping of a aluminum foil covered with a plastic sheet.

 As an indication, the length of the support (1) can be between forty and sixty centimeters and its width of fifty and sixty-five centimeters, this support (1) comprising a single central opening (1 '), arranged horizontally, length is between eighteen and twenty centimeters and its width is between twelve centimeters and fifteen centimeters or a circular opening between fifteen and twenty centimeters.

 1) apparatus for exercising balance and body massage, characterized in that it comprises a support plate (1) having a geometric shape, in particular the shape of a heart, the upper face of which serves as a support surface for the feet of the user, this support (1) comprising a single central opening (1 ') arranged horizontally for? One positioning on a body (2) of ovotid or round shape, which it overlaps approximately two thirds from from its base, said body (2 ') serving as a retainer.  2) Apparatus according to claim 1 characterized in that the body (2) is an inflatable ovoid or round body.  3) Apparatus according to claim 1 characterized in that the body (2) is a block of flexible foam of a certain rigidity with shoulder (2 ') allowing the installation of the support (2).  4) Apparatus according to claim 1 characterized in that the support (1) comprises a housing, in which a ball forming level of appreciation (5) curves in its front part.  5) Apparatus according to claim 1 characterized in that the support (i) further comprises two elements in the form of pads (4) and (5) arranged on the upper face (2) for massage and non-slip elements.  6) Apparatus according to claim 5 characterized in that the skid elements (4) and (5) are defined in the form of an arch (4) of flexible plastic, having I-shaped profiles.
