Abstract

According to the method, the starting point is to mould and then vulcanise the portion or portions having various colours by virtue of the coloration of the virgin rubber gum injected into the cavities 5 of the mould 1 which reproduce the said portions; next, in a second step, the entire mould is filled using the virgin gum having the colour corresponding to that of the body of the component to be obtained. The corresponding mould 1 includes, on its inner face, cavities 5 which reproduce the configuration of the projecting portions having various colours and it is fitted with a removable intermediate plate 4 fitted with projecting elements 6, 7 which are intended to bear, under pressure, on the said cavities.

Procédé pour la fabrication de pièces de caoutchouc ayant deux ou plusieurs couleurs, notamment pour la confection d'articles comprenant un corps de couleur uniforme sur une face duquel on dispose des portions en saillie de différentes couleurs, au moyen d'un moule qui définit la configuration du corps et des portions susvisées, caractérisé en ce que, en une première étape, on procède au moulage de la ou des portions de coloration différente grâce à la coloration de la gomme vierge dans les cavités du moule reproduisant de telles portions puis en ce que l'on ferme ce moule en assurant la compression sur le matériau déposé sur les cavités dudit moule, pour la vulcanisation du matériau ; et en ce que l'on procède ensuite à l'ouverture du moule et à l'extraction de l'excès de matériau ; puis, en une seconde étape, on procède au remplissage dudit moule avec de la gomme vierge ce couleur correspondant au corps de la pièce à obtenir, en recouvrant les portions précédemment vulcanisées, en fermant de nouveau le moule puis en vulcanisant la gomme formée sur ledit corps. 1.
