Abstract

The aim of the present invention is to provide a seal covering the circumference of a glass pane, which will be applied onto the pre-existing glass pane of an ordinary window. The covering seal will serve as an intermediate element via one of its two lips between the two glass panes. The seal will be adhesively bonded onto the existing glass pane by means of a two-sided adhesive tape. The added glass pane is adhesively bonded in the seal. The air void will be produced by means of a needle passing through a previously made piercing in the structure and after forcibly passing through the part of the "intermediate" seal. This needle is connected to a vacuum pump.
