Description

 The present invention relates to a display or listening device for advertising, utility or decorative purposes affixed to a wrist watch.

 This device, passive or active, allows visualization of acronyms, inscriptions, logos, emblems, effigies, coats of arms, photos, or other evocative characters and, as a variant, the exploitation of radio signals or IT.

 The device consists, in its basic passive version, of a cover matching the shapes of the watch case and movable around an axis fixed on the case.

 The axis of rotation of the cover can be either one of the 2 fixing axes of the watch strap, or an axis separate from the latter but rigidly secured to the case.

 The mobility of the cover around its axis allows the display mentioned in the second paragraph on one or both sides of the cover. The absence of any visible element on the faces of the cover nevertheless gives the latter the role of a protective screen.

 The control in the open or closed position of the cover can be manual or semi-automatic. In the case of a semi-automatic control, the opening of the cover or its return to the closed position can be achieved by the action of a spring combined, if necessary, with a latching system.

 A variant of passive cover consists of a fixed cover provided with a manually concealable system and allowing, at the press of a button or by rotation of a disc or a perforated circular sector, the appearance of the usual indications of the watch : hours, minutes, seconds, month, day ..

 The elements to be displayed are affixed to the lid, for the aforementioned lid models, using the conventional techniques of engraving, photoengraving, thermogravure, serigraphy, collage, sticker, etc.

 All of these techniques, by their classic nature, do not require the addition of files to this description, the innovative character of the device to be patented being, as indicated in the first and second paragraphs, the wearing on wrist watches advertising, utility or decorative elements.

Claims  1) Device for viewing or listening for advertising, utility or decorative purposes of individual carrying, characterized in that it consists of a fixed or mobile cover, passive or active, mounted on wrist watch, in that its exposure and its accessibility are combined with those of the support watch, and in that its use can be independent or not of the latter.  2> Device according to claim 1 characterized in that the viewable or audible elements integrated into the device are fixed or variable depending on whether their integration into the device is permanent or reversible.  3! Device according to claim 1 or claim 2 in that the variable elements integrated into an active device can be combined or not with those of the support watch.
