Abstract

A protective and insulating package, containing a spare spool 7 on which is wound fishing thread, is made in the form of a rectangular pouch 1 and consists of a material which is, certainly, provided with flexibility but nevertheless has a certain rigidity of its own. The guidance of the spool 7 is provided by the folding edges 12 of the box pleats forming the small sides of the pouch 1.

Comme déjà mentionné, le matériau constituant l'emballage est certes doué d'élasticite et de flexibilité, mais possède toutefois une certaine rigidité propre, de sorte que les arêtes 11, 12 des plis creux 4, 5 présentent la stabilité nécessaire au guidage susdécrit. L'emballage peut alors s'adapter aussi bien à des bobines de réserve garnies d'un enroulement de fil de petit diamètre d1 (figure 2), qu'à des bobines de reserve garnies d'un enroulement de fil d'un diamètre supérieur d2 (figure 3). 1. Packaging containing a reserve reel on which a fishing line is wound, this reserve reel having two lateral flanges which laterally delimit the winding of fishing line and extend, at least substantially, beyond the external diameter of this winding, packaging characterized by the fact that it is produced in the form of a rectangular pocket (1) and consists of a material which is certainly endowed with flexibility, but nevertheless possesses a certain inherent rigidity.

2. Packaging according to claim 1, characterized in that the two short sides of this packaging are made in the form of hollow pleats (4, 5) whose fold edges (11, 12) are directed inwards and by the fact that these two fold edges engage in the space (13, 14) located between the lateral flanges (15, 16) of the coil.

3. Packaging according to claim 1 or 2, charac terized in that it consists of a material impermeable to moisture.

4. Packaging according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the upper region (8), forming the sampling opening, is bonded or heat sealed.
