9. Container according to one of claims 2 to 8, characterized in

that a flange (2) comprises: - a rectangular plate (20); - a lip (21) parallel to the edge of said plate for embedding the flange (2) in the frame (1); and - latching means (23, 24, 25, 28) for cooperating with

the first means of securing the frame (8, 9, 13, 14).

10. Container according to claim 9, characterized: - in that the latching means are fixing lugs (23, 24, 25, 28) flexible, substantially perpendicular to the plate (20), - in that each side of the plate (20) has at least one tab (23, 24, 25, 28) and - in that the tabs located on two parallel sides are

symmetrical by rotation of 180 relative to the center of the plate (20).

11. Container according to claim 9 or 10, characterized in that a flange (2) further comprises a recess (26) at each of its angles, to which corresponds a bulge on its outer surface,

for housing the end of the pins (15).

12. Container according to one of claims 9 to 11, characterized in

that a flange (2) is made in one piece by molding a

plastic material.

13. Container according to claim 12, characterized in that the

plastic material is ABS.

14. Container according to one of claims 2 to 8, characterized in

that a flange consists of a plate pierced with a hole in

each of its angles to cooperate with the pins (15).

15. Container according to claim 14, characterized in that a flange is secured to the frame (1) by means of rivets passing through the holes drilled at the corners of said flange and cooperating with the bores of the pins.

16. Container according to one of the preceding claims,

characterized in that a flange further comprises a window (22)

for viewing the level of the container.
