Description
The present invention relates to a secure packaging for tablets, intended to receive a blister, resistant to children, who must perform two simultaneous actions to gain access to the drugs.
The majority of domestic accidents result from ingestion or contact with household products, cosmetics or drugs.
Child-resistant packaging, or “child-resistant packaging”, is packaging used to reduce the risk of ingestion of hazardous products by children.
These packaging must withstand attempts to open a child under five, while being accessible to the elderly or disabled, in a reasonable time and at the cost of minimal effort.
Usually, the tablets are packaged securely either in bulk in a bottle whose cap requires simultaneous movements of relatively excessive pressure and rotation, or in blisters included in secure packaging which require specific handling to release the blister from its. packaging.
These packages do not allow each dose of a tablet to seal the access to the package by an automatic closure, without having to carry out a specific manipulation. In the event that these packages are not manually resealed, they may remain open and be accessible to an unwanted public.
This is generally the case when these packaging are used by the elderly, who find access and handling of these packaging too restrictive on a daily basis and prefer, from the first use, either to transfer the drugs. in a new conventional packaging not resistant to children, or leave the secure packaging opened for future use.
However, the mobile part of these packages is directly the blister pack, which either requires a structure specific to the secure packaging or requires perforations suitable for its attachment to a return means.
There is therefore a need to produce safe packaging resistant to children having a simplified structure and which makes it possible to integrate a conventional blister pack.
Thus, the secure packaging, intended to receive a blister pack, is of the type comprising at least one tablet located in a cell closed by a cap, said packaging comprising a packaging with a longitudinal axis of symmetry, delimiting an interior space in which a movable wall is located. connected to an elastic means, said packaging further comprising at least one upper wall which comprises at least a first orifice intended to receive the cell, said movable wall and the upper wall define a housing intended for the positioning of the blister, said movable wall being intended to adopt two positions, namely a release position of at least one tablet and a closed position intended to partition at least one cover, while the movable wall comprises at least one second orifice which is positioned opposite a first orifice, namely intended to come to be positioned opposite a cover, when the movable wall is in the liberation position.
According to an additional characteristic, the elastic means comprises an elastic loop.
According to another additional characteristic, the elastic means comprises at least one gripping means.

Thus, the secure packaging (1) for tablet, resistant to children, according to the invention, is in the form of a packaging (2) intended to receive a blister (3) held fixed in the latter, while it comprises a movable wall (4) connected to an elastic means (5).
The packaging (1) requires two simultaneous manipulations to release a tablet from a blister pack (3), as explained in more detail in the remainder of the description.
A blister pack (3) is commonly made up of an upper wall comprising at least one cell (3a) in which a tablet is housed, while it comprises a lower wall generally made of aluminum equipped with a cover (3b) facing a cell (3a).
It is understood that pressure on an alveolus causes the rupture of the seal arranged in correspondence of the alveolus, releasing the tablet.
A package (2) is advantageously presented by a parallelogram with a longitudinal axis of symmetry (X, X ') comprising an upper wall (2a), side walls, in particular a bottom wall (2c) and advantageously a lower wall (2b ) or lower wall portions (2b), but it could be otherwise the packaging comprises a first enclosure in which is included by means the elastic means (5), while the first enclosure is extended by a second enclosure intended to receive a blister pack (3).

Note that according to the illustrated embodiment, the lower wall (2a) is equipped with at least a third orifice (9), while the third orifice (s) (9) are each aligned with a first orifice (7) of the upper wall (2a) arranged in correspondence.
According to one characteristic, the movable wall (4) comprises at least one second orifice (8) delimited by solid wall portions.
It is understood that a first orifice (7), as well as a second orifice (8) and advantageously a third orifice (9) have a dimension and a shape corresponding to a cover (3b), allowing the passage of a tablet. through the various orifices (7, 8, 9) when they are aligned along a common vertical axis.
Thus, the movable wall (4) is intended to adopt two positions, namely a release position in which at least a second orifice (8) is aligned with a first orifice (7) of the upper wall (2a) of the packaging (2), and a closed position in which the second orifice (s) (8) is / are offset with respect to the first orifice (s) (7) along a vertical axis, such that the solid wall portions of the movable wall (4) are intended to partition at least one cover (3b) of the blister pack (3).
Rappelons que la paroi mobile (4) est connectée à un moyen élastique (5) permettant à cette dernière d'être mobile en translation selon l'axe longitudinal (X, X') de l'emballage (2).Remember that the movable wall (4) is connected to an elastic means (5) allowing the latter to be movable in translation along the longitudinal axis (X, X ') of the packaging (2).
The elastic means (5) is included at least partly in the packaging (2), preferably the elastic means (5) is fully included in the packaging (2) with the exception of the gripping means (5a), as explained in more detail below.
Notons que le moyen élastique (5) est connecté de manière amovible à la paroi mobile (4).Note that the elastic means (5) is removably connected to the movable wall (4).
Let us add that the elastic means (5) comprises a compression stop (5d), intended to come to stress the bottom wall (2c) of the packaging (2), an elastic loop (5b) extended by at least one gripping means (5a), preferably a retention means (5c) of the movable wall (4) and advantageously an additional retention means.
Selon le mode de réalisation précédent, la paroi longitudinale (5e) a une longueur égale ou sensiblement égale à celle de la boucle élastique (5b).According to the previous embodiment, the longitudinal wall (5e) has a length equal to or substantially equal to that of the elastic loop (5b).
According to the previous embodiment, the gripping means (5a) also contributes to the role of retaining means for the movable wall (4), so that the movable wall (4) comprises a bore in which is inserted the gripping means (5a), while the proximal end of the movable wall (4) comes into contact or substantially into contact with the junction of the elastic loop (5b) and the longitudinal wall (5e).
Selon le mode de réalisation précédent, la paroi mobile (4) est retenue au moyen élastique (5) par un moyen de rétention (5c) localisé à l'extrémité distale de la boucle élastique (5b).According to the previous embodiment, the movable wall (4) is retained by the elastic means (5) by a retention means (5c) located at the distal end of the elastic loop (5b).
According to the previous embodiment, the movable wall (4) does not include a bore in which is inserted the gripping means (s) (5a, 5a ').
It should be noted that the upper wall (2a) of the packaging (2) comprises a lumen (6) in which at least one gripping means (5'a, 5 "a) protrudes outwards, allowing its / her handling. (s) and a fortiori its displacement (s).
Thus, the release of a tablet from the packaging (1) according to the invention requires the simultaneous compression of a cell (3a) and of the elastic means (5) towards a release position, in which the movable wall (4) is positioned such that the first (s), second (s) and advantageously third (s) orifices (7, 8, 9) are aligned with at least one cover (3b).
It is understood that the release of the elastic means (5) in compression, reposition the movable wall (4) in the closed position automatically.
It is also understood that in a closed position, even excessive pressure on a cell (3a) makes it impossible to rupture a cap (3b), making it impossible to release a tablet.
