Abstract

Dispositif caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte deux blocs de bras de levage 7 montés en pivotement sur des pivots mutuellement parallèles sensiblement horizontaux 9a, 9b, et un levier de manîoeuvre 16 monté en pivotement sur un pivot central 17 sensiblement vertical, et en ce que des premier et second ensembles de bras de levage 12a, 14a, 12b, 14b basculent vers le haut, lorsque le levier de manîoeuvre 16 est déplacé dans une direction, et basculent vers le bas, lorsque le levier de manîoeuvre est déplacé dans la direction opposée.
