Abstract

The invention relates to cases designed for carrying magnetic tickets or cards, the lid of the case making it possible for the object contained to be removed without having to touch the object or to search amongst one's personal effects. Among the most advantageous applications of the invention, mention may be made of the creation of badges, bracelets, pendants, cigarette lighters, and belt buckles enabling the purchaser always to have the magnetic card or ticket contained in the case to hand.

Description

The present invention is a case allowing the user to take out the object it contains without having to search in his personal belongings, on the one hand because the case is worn in a visible manner, on the other hand because by removing the cover from the case, the transported object can appear with the cover. This case is particularly intended for credit cards and magnetic tickets for public transport.

In the current state of known systems, cards or tickets are housed in special compartments arranged in the wallets. This is impractical, in particular for magnetic metro tickets where several presentations are required to cross the automatic barriers. Users are obliged to take their wallets or card holders out of their bags or jackets. Which in addition to the slowdown in traffic imposed by those looking for is a great time for pickpockets.

The present invention is a case of any shape made in two parts. The drawings shown below are to scale for a metro ticket, they are obviously of different dimensions for other objects such as credit cards.

According to a first variant, the case is composed of a part A and a part B. We see in Al and in B1 the same case seen in profile. Part B forms the cover and fits into A thanks to the shoulder (2) which exists on the latter. The cover B comprises crimped inside a plate forming a spring (3) which has the function of blocking the object that will be contained in the case B against a wall of this case and, starting from there, to take it out directly from A. The cutout (4) of this plate is intended to avoid contact with the magnetic part of the transported object.

This is what we see in Figure 1 where the cover B of the case contains a magnetic ticket for public transport. Figure 2 shows the case closed with the interior magnetic ticket. Of course although this is less practical the plate (3) forming a spring can simply be used to fix the object contained in the case to part A. In this case the object is entered manually.

Thanks to one or more fasteners attached to part A of the case, the case can be worn in clips or badge, thanks to the tabs it can be worn on a belt or the strap of a bag to be worn in cartridge case, thanks to a strap it can be worn on the wrist, or serve as a watch strap if we attach the necessary fasteners to fix the watch case, thanks to a clip it can be worn like a pen , or a tie pin, thanks to a ring it can be worn as a ring.

It can also constitute an independent object with security chain such as a pocket watch, which you put in your pocket or bag, or be an ornamental object such as a tiara.

According to a second variant, the principle of the case remains the same but the cover forms a clamp making it possible to grasp the contents of the case.

This is what is shown in FIG. 3, where part C is a plate forming a spring to return to its original position intended to grip the ticket, part D forming the fixed case (the case A in the 'previous example).

In C1 we see this clamp seen in profile, terminated at its ends by raised (5), forming safety pins and intended to prevent the opening of the case when the case is closed and they are housed in the recesses (6) of part D. As for the first version, the clamp comprises at (7) a recess intended to avoid contact with the magnetic part of the transported object.

The field of use of these cases is very vast with the advent of cards with magnetic part because they can of course be directly integrated into, the manufacture of everyday objects such as watches, glasses, lighters, cigarette holders, necklaces, walkadays , rings, canes, cases, belt buckles, pocket calculators, etc ...

Their forms can be classic, fun, original and they can also serve as an advertising medium.

Particular shapes like characters, animals, flowers, etc. can also be used to personalize each case. Example part A of the case can be combined with a cat body, part B in this case forming the shoulders and the head of the animal.
