Abstract

The invention relates to a pump for dispensing metered quantities of a liquid or pasty product (soap, shaving cream, etc.). The component 4 is made from a semi-rigid material, with a flexible tab 16 and a hollow nozzle 22. The flexible bell 12 is crushed under the pressure of the user's fingers. The flexible stopper tube 13 stops off the spout 23 by means of its skirt 25. It is crushed on itself to allow the metered quantity of paste to pass when the latter is pressurised by the bell 12. Application: inexpensive pump without the risk of becoming unplugged, and not comprising any sliding member.

La présente invention est relative à une pompe distributrice d'un type nouveau, du genre de celles qu'on utilise pour distribuer des produits liquides plus ou moins visqueux, notamment des produits crémeux ou des liquides épais tels que par exemple du savon. On connaît des pompes distributrices pour du savon liquide ou analogure, mais elles présentent toutes divers inconvénients. Dispensing pumps are known for liquid soap or the like, but they all have various drawbacks.

Tout d'abord, la plupart d'entre elles sont réalisées par assemblage d'un nombre important de pièces, fixes ou mobiles. Leur structure conporte un ou plusieurs pistons, des segments d'étanchéité coulissants, et autres organes mobiles délicats à réaliser et coûteux à assembler. Par ailleurs, lorsque ces pompes connues sont mises en service, on constate souvent que leur structure conduit à une obturation des canaux distributeurs lousque le savon ou analogue sèche en place entre les périodes de fonctionnement. Ainsi, la pompe a tendance à se boucher d'elle-même quand le savon sèche, ce qui la rend désormais inutilisable et oblisge à des nettoyages fréquents et coûteux.
