L'INVENTION EST RELATIVE A UNE MACHINE AUTOMATIQUE POUR CONFECTIONNER, REMPLIR ET FERMER DES SACHETS POUR LIQUIDE, A PARTIR D'UNE BANDE THERMOSOUDABLE, PAR EXEMPLE EN MATIERE PLASTIQUE. LA BANDE RECOIT D'ABORD DEUX PLIS LONGITUDINAUX 4, 5. CES PLIS, SOUDES PUIS APLATIS PAR UN PRESSEUR 6 RECOIVENT UNE SOUDURE TRANSVERSALE SUR LEUR LARGEUR, DANS UNE PRESSE 7, POUR LES FIXER ET LES EMPECHER DE S'OUVRIR LORS DU REMPLISSAGE. LES OPERATIONS ULTERIEURES DE STERILISATION, REGULATION DE TENSION, SOUDAGE LONGITUDINAL DU BORD LIBRE, REMPLISSAGE, SOUDAGE TRANSVERSAL DE FERMETURE SONT FAITES AVEC UN DEROULEMENT CONTINU DE LA BANDE.

Description

"Machine de remplissage et de fermeture des emballages pour
tous liquides, en cycles et mouvements continus, à fond plat,
en version aseptique.
La machine de remplissage et de fermeture des emballages en cycles et mouvements continus permet la réalisation de sachets type coussin (1) en film plastique et autres thermo-soudables, en Em.biances atmosphériques ou stérilisées.
Les rachines verticales pour le remplissage des liquides et lc fermeture des emballages en filmstherrno-soudables,actuellement connues, sot a mouvements discontinus. Ces machines opèrent en partant d'une bobine ce film qui est plie et soudé verticalement pour fcrrer une gaine. La gaine ainsi soudée est entrainée ensuite au point de fabrication de l'emballage où se font simulta newent a soudure du bas, le remplissage et le détachement de l'erScl'Eoe. Un cycle est égal à
Temps oe fermeture des presses + Temps de soudure + Temps d'ou verture des presses + Temps d'entrainement de la gaine.
La machine automatique de remplissage et de fermeture des emballages en film thermo-soudable à mouvements et cycles continus, permet une production beaucoup plus importante que les machines en discontinu, parce qu'elle travaille en cycles et mouvements continus, avec élimination, donc, des temps morts.
La machine de remplissage et de fermeture des emballages en automatique en cycles et mouvements continus permet aussi la réalisation des emballages à fond plat (2) ; au remplissage ce fond s'ouvre et forme une base carrée ou rectangulaire permettant au sachet de tenir debout. Ce sachet est réalisé en film plastique et autres thermo-soudables, en ambiances atmosphériques ou stérilisées.
Les avantages de ce système sont les suivants 1 - par son mouvement en continu, l'obtention d'une cadence plus élevée, presque le double par rapport aux machines existantes sur le marché.
2 - par son fond plat, un aspect pratique, une utilisation facile pour le consommateur et une plus grande facilité de mécanisation de la manutention et de l'automatisation du groupage.
3 - par la rigidité des différents complexes thermo-soudables, une forme bien présentable et par le prix de revient compétitif de ce complexe, une solution attrayante pour l'usine utilisatrice de ce type d'emballage.
Descriptif de la machine en cycles et mouvements continus pour la réalisation des emballages à fond plat (2) stérilisés.
La machine-travaille à partir d'une bobine de film plastique (3) ou autres thermo-soudables. Un premier pli est formé et soudé longitudinalement (4), puis un deuxième pli, qui lui aussi est soudé longitudinalement (5). Ces deux plis sont aplatis par un presseur (6)
A l'aide d'une électrode et contre-électrode rotative (7), une soudure transversale est effectuée sur la largeur de ces plis au pas de la largeur du sachet désiré. Ces soudures sont faites pour fixer le pli'et éviter à celui-ci de s'ouvrir au moment du remplissage du produit.
Le film se déroule en continu. Pour régler la vitesse linéaire désirée, un poste de pré-déroulement (8) à vitesse variable permet un défilement régulier et sans allongement du film.
Le film ainsi plié et soudé entre dans un bain d'eau oxygénée (9), recyclée en permanence. A la sortie du bain, un premier poste d'essorage (10) retire la plus grosse partie de l'eau oxygénée en contact avec le film. U-n poste de raclage (11) élimine le peu d'eau oxygénée en contact avec le film.
Entre le poste de pré-déroulement (8) du film et le poste de raclage (ll), le film oppose une grande résistance, par sa longueur, par le passage dans le bain d'eau oxygénée (9), et par les postes d'essorage et raclage (10 et 11)..
Pour éviter un patinage et un allongement du film qui donneraient un déroulement irrégulier dans son avance, un poste régulateur de tirage (12) est placé après le raclage ; il donnera au film une tension constante et raisonnable pour les opérations qui suivront.
A la sortie du régulateur de tirage (12), le film suit un parcours de train de rouleaux situé dans une cavité ventilée (13) par de l'air chaud aseptisé, provenant d'une turbine munie d'un pré-filtre et d'un filtre bactériologique.
Le film sortant de cette cavité est sec de toute trace d'eau oxygénée. La phase de préparation du film est terminée.
Le film ainsi plié, soudé, lavé, séché et stérilisé, passe à la phase de formation et remplissage du sachet, qui s'effectue à l'avant de la machine (14). La machine, sous flux laminaire, prévue pour le conditionnement aseptique, est stérilisée à la vapeur avant chaque reprise de production.
Injection
Sur le dessus de la machine un bac aseptique (15) avec régulation de niveau constant reçoit le produit venant du stérilisateur et le distribue par un tube d'injection (16), qui se trouve à l'intérieur du film plié (18) et descend jusqu'au niveau supérieur du poste de soudure horizontal (20). Le débit est constant et régulé en fonction de la vitesse et du volume des emballages désirés. Le tube d'injection est à deux ou trois parois suivant les produits à conditionner, pour permettre le passage du produit à conditionner, pour effectuer le lavage et l'aseptie du tube et de l'ensemble avant (14) de la machine.
Confection de l'emballage
Le film plié et soudé latéralement sur l'un des côtés arrive à l'avant de la machine (14) par la partie supérieure.
L'autre côté restant ouvert permet le passage du tube d'injection pour le remplissage.
Un poste de déroulement entraine le film dans un mouvement continu (19). La vitesse linéaire du film est constante, toutes les opérations de soudure et d'injection se font avec le film en mouvement.
Un poste de soudure, dit "soudure verticale", formé de deux courroies sans fin en acier (17), chauffées et tournant à vitesse égale, accompagne le film. La pression et la température des courroies compriment et chauffent le film pour former une soudure latérale opposée au côté plié.
Le film ainsi soudé forme une gaine dans laquelle on distribue le liquide par l'intermédiaire du tube d'injection (16).
Sous le poste de déroulement (19) est placée une presse horizontale (20); elle est munie d'une électrode et d'une contreélectrode qui soudent la gaine horizontalement,formant ainsi le sachet (22).
Presse horizontale (Pl. 8/8), Le Le mouvement de fermeture et d'ouverture est actionné par des excentriques (21) la pression; avec le film s-e fait au point de tangence (fig. 16). La pression maximum se fait à l'horizontale, ressorts comprimés (fig. 17)
La fin du contact se fait en dessous de la ligne médiane (fig. 18).
Le temps de soudure est fonction de la longueur d'accompagnement du film entre fig. 16 et fig. 18.
A l'ouverture, le sachet est soudé, détaché et dirigé, debout, vers le poste de groupage.

Claims (10)

REVENDICATIONS
1. Machine pour la confection, le remplissage et la fermeture d'emballages (22) à fond plat, pour liquides, cette machine opérant à partir d'une bande thermosoudable, et comprenant des moyens pour plier la bande longitudinalement et la souder sur elle-même dans le sens longitudinal, pendant qu'elle est verticale, des moyens pour souder la bande sur elle-même transversalement à des intervalles choisis pour constituer des sachets, des moyens pour introduire le liquide dans l'emballage avant sa fermeture complète, et des moyens pour séparer les emballages remplis (22) les uns des autres, caractérisée en ce qu'elle entraine la bande à une vitesse linéaire constante pendant les opérations de soudure et d'introduction du liquide.
2. Machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les moyens pour souder la bande longitudinalement comprennent deux courroies sans fin (17X chauffées et tournant à une vitesse égale, accompagnant la bande pour la comprimer et la chauffer afin de faire une soudure latérale de la bande pliée.
3. Machine selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que les moyens pour souder la bande transversalement comprennent une presse horizontale (20) munie d'une électrode et d'une contre-électrode actionnes par des excentriques (21) et accompagnant la bande.
4. Machine selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que l'introduction du liquide se fait à débit constant.
5. Machine selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend des moyens pour former et souder un premier pli longitudinal (4), puis un second pli longitudinal (5).
6. Machine selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que la bande pourvue de deux plis longitudinaux passe dans un presseur (6) qui aplatit ces plis.

7. Machine selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend des moyens (7) pour réaliser une soudure transversale sur les plis (4, 5) au pas de I'emballage désiré.
8. Machine selon I'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un poste de pré-déroulement à vitesse variable.
9. Machine selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend, en aval du poste de pré-déroulement, un bain d'eau oxygénée et des postes d'essorage et de raclage.
10. Machine selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce qu'après le poste de raclage, elle comprend un poste régulateur de tirage pour donner à la bande une tension constante et raisonnable.
