Abstract

Device for the gripping and holding of skis on the snow. The invention relates to a device making it possible considerably to improve the hold of skis on hard to icy types of snow, as well as in very steep gradients. It consists of an edge 3 having two ridges a and b. A lower ridge a which has the role of cutting into the snow (ice) and an upper ridge b which takes the place of the ridge a when it disengages, being accommodated in its track (furrow). The device according to the invention is intended particularly for the good running and gripping of skis.
